Yet still located just steps from the beach, you can enjoy the sounds of the waves from your private porch or balcony, or relax in the salt water pool and Jacuzzi. In less than a one minute walk, take a dip in the sea, go surfing, or simply enjoy the incredible sunset on the beach. Each Suite has a private bathroom with hot water showers, a kitchenette with a two burner stovetop, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans and a small refrigerator. A private terrace facing the pool and gardens, with overhead fan, tables and chairs invite you to outdoor dining.

Rates
Your deposit guarantees the room rate for the duration of your stay. Modifications to your reservation(s) may result in the entire stay being subject to any new applicable rates.
    • Unless otherwise noted, the rates apply per room, per night, based on double occupancy
    • Each additional guest is charged $20
    • Rates include 13% IV room tax
    • Rates are stated in US dollars.

Reservation Policies

Advance reservations are strongly recommended to secure a reservation

    • Paypal invoice payment equal to 50% of the total price of your reservation, including tax, may be charge any time after booking.
    • The balance is payable at Check In

    *Peak Season, DEC 20 to JAN 3rd, payment is required for the entire length of stay when reservation is made. All payments at Peak Season are final and non-refundable.
   
Cancellations

    For cancellations via email only, 30 days prior to arrival date:
    50% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
    For cancellations later than 30 days prior to arrival date/ No Show / Peak Season
    The total price of the reservation will be charged.
