Luxury with Step to Beach, Town Center, Tamarindo

I have travelled through the Carribean and Europe, this condo was the most beautiful place I have ever stayed! It is luxurous, extremely spacious and beautifully furnished. The owner has thought of everything including washer/dryer, garburator, dishwasher, full size fridge with icemaker, marble countertops, large patio table, blender and even beach towels...just bring groceries, your family, wine and swimsuits! The condo is immacutely maintained and grounds are diligently maincured. The pool with a swimup bar and hottub are steps away. The location is perfect with access to the hotel side of the resort included. I highly recommend this condo for a stay in Tamarindo, it is literally minutes from the beach, and a central location for shopping, restaurants bars, and access to excursions. Why stay in a hotel when you can have 5 star luxury!

This condo is everything that is stated by the owner. Very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Couldn\'t have been any nicer. The grounds are well maintained as well as the two large pools which we frequented. Two things that bare mentioning are that the condo is actually across the street from the beach. Steps to the beach means crossing the street and through a hotel lobby. The only down side to this unit is there are several air conditioner condensers next to the patio which run constantly and are very loud making it almost impossible to carry on a conversation. This noise is not heard indoors. This would be the only reason which would keep us from returning to this unit.

This was an absolute dream vacation accomodation! I was treating my daughter for graduating from college and was trying to determine where to take her. This was a perfect place. We each had our own bedroom for a little needed private space and beautiful accomodations otherwise. We sat on the back patio for breakfast in the beautiful gardened area and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings-away from the hustle bustle of a hotel, but close to the amenities needed. This condo was a perfect location. We were in walking distance to EVERYTHING. We felt very safe also. We never even took a taxi except when we did our tours. There is a tour company directly across from the condos at the hotel that handled a lot of our tours that we took.We did everything imaginable and could come back to the condo and have dinner if we chose to not go out. The pool is very nice too and we were conveniently located close to the beach, which was beautiful! We did many tours which included ziplining, rock climbing, white water tubing, ATV riding through mountains, boat tours to see monkeys, snorkeling and surfing. The restaurants across from the condo were awesome too. We never had a bad meal. We had alot of fresh seafood and great pizza. Our two favorite restaurants were La Baula pizza and The Latitude. Both very close. There was also a couple of markets close by to buy water and snacks. I would definitely recommend this condo-BEAUTIFUL!!! Easy check in and out as well and they booked the transportation. Everything went very smoothly-I was concerned prior to our trip because it was just my daughter and I (mother)and we don\'t have much experience travelling-everything went very smoothly and I couldn\'t have asked for anything to be better!

The moment I walked through the door of this beautiful condo, I knew I was in the most perfect place I have ever vacationed. It was so spacious, beautifully furnished, including a kitchen with everything needed. looking out the glass doors was a patio, with a large table and comfortable chairs, where we enjoyed having our breakfast every morning the gardens around us were like being in Eden. Across the well maintained grounds was a beautiful lagoon pool with swim up bar. The security was excellent too, which means everything today! The beach is across the street, the best restaurants, and shopping are in walking distance. I have traveled throughout the world, and stayed in many beautiful condos, but I must say this is a favorite! I will plan to travel to Costa Rica again, and will only stay in this rental, and have already recommended it to all my family and friends!

This condo was beautiful. We were here for 10 days in Dec 2016. It was perfect for us, 3 adults. The owner is very nice and helpful. He makes sure the management company replies to every question you have. The management company driver met us at the airport in Liberia and took us to the management office. ( 1 block from condo) where a rep joined us to open/show the condo to us. We did not have any problems but if we did we had many people to contact. The condo is clean and decorated with new furniture and beds. The condo has a great patio in the shade. Walk out to the beautiful pool area - swim up bar. Very well equipped condo. We recommend this condo fully - absolutely no problems with booking or staying here. Very close to all restaurants in Tamarindo, no need for a car at all. All the staff at the condo complex are friendly and greet you with a smile all the time. We always felt very secure, this is a gated complex with 24 hour guards on the security gates. . This is a great condo with great service.
