Any unapproved events will result in the immediate removal of renters with no return of payment. This is not a party event space

There is absolutely no filming or photograpy on any part of the property for any public or business purpose. This applies to internet, broadcast, DVD or any form of display or transmission. The property owner holds copyright provision over all property access, inside and out. We encourage fun, personal photos with friends and or family and the sharing of those via social media.
We are open to the use of the property for shoots, however this must be prearranged and falls under a different order of business use and all insurance, union and security issued apply. Please contact to discuss. The property is pet friendly with a charge and a refundable deposit.. Dog run on side of house. If you would like the pool heated there will be an additional charge of $60.00 per day.
