This place is very unique due to its uncontaminated nature, I can say that it is not particularly well looked after and this gives it its own charm. The owner is very hospitable and generous. We were very good. :-) :-) The lake and the city of Passignano sul Trasimeno are very beautiful and to be revisited
The host was very kind, he explained everything to us and even stayed to prepare the hydromassage pool. Everything was "very": the pantry for the breakfasts, the big house, the beautiful location with a lake view, the new furniture and services and the advantageous quality / price ratio.
The owner provided everything in his new home: comfortable mattresses, yoghurt and chocolate for children, coal for barbecues, games of various kinds including archery. In the two bathrooms that accompany 3 bedrooms there are not only shampoo and soap but also a solution for foot baths. The house is surrounded by greenery, from the terrace opens a magnificent view of the lake. What do you want more? Maybe, a more thorough cleaning. I highly recommend it to all people (except those too fussy) and to families with children.
A truly enchanting place, extremely peaceful and welcoming. The villa is surrounded by greenery, with a beautiful large garden, ample parking and even a lawn for playing badminton and archery. The view of the lake is spectacular. The rooms are bright and the furnishings are comfortable; there's everything you need and even more.
The structure is very beautiful, in particular we liked the veranda, the very large outdoor space and the kindness of the owner. We will definitely be back!
