Cottage #1 is a 2-bedroom each bedroom with a queen bed, flat-screen television and A/C. Also has a fully equipped kitchen and private bath. Complimentary WI~FI. Accommodates up to 4 guests.
Channel Waterfront Cottages
is where you want to be on Lake Winnipesaukee, in Weirs Beach, New Hampshire. Offering 15 unique 1, 2 and 3+ bedroom vacation rental cottages with A/C, WI~FI and most with fully equipped kitchens. Completely refurbished. Very clean and comfortable, mostly couples and families. Park at your door and 3 minute walk to Weirs Beach Boardwalk, Restaurants, Shopping, Attractions and Convenience.
Since the 1920's and 2016 will be our 25th season!

Guidelines for your stay
CHANNEL WATERFRONT COTTAGES are private residences away from home for registered guests. To ensure that all guests can unwind and rest peacefully, we respectively request the following:
Our property is for the exclusive use of our registered guests only. Vistitors are not allowed on property or in cottages unless prior approval given by Stacie or Jose with advance notice given, and applicable fees paid.
50% of total stay is required by check to secure your reservation. Deposit is payable by check to: Channel Waterfront Cottages, P.O. Box 5106, Weirs Beach, NH 03247. Deposits are not refundable.
Deposits for reservations within 2 weeks of stay may be payable by credit card with contract.
Cash or check is preferred but MasterCard, Visa & Discover are accepted upon check-in.
Refunds are only CONSIDERED IF we receive 90-day notice AND the cottage is re-rented for the same time as your original reservation as well as for the same rate. A $100.00 cancellation processing fee will apply.
Please note that our cottages are not handicap accessible due to terrain.
Check-in time is 3:00PM and check-out time is 11:00AM.
Our cottages are all SELF-HOUSEKEEPING. All cottages are expected to be left broom swept, trash out, and dishes washed. Charges will apply if not.
Towels and/or linens are exchanged daily when left outside your door or on a chair outside your cottage by 11am.
Please smoke outside only.
Quiet time is observed from 11:00PM until 8:00AM.
No fireworks are allowed on the property including sparklers.
Pets are allowed only when initial reservation is made. Pet rules apply.
Pet Policy
1.We must be notified in advance that you will be bringing a pet(s), as well as the breed and weight of your pet(s).
2.All guests are required to pay a $100.00 cash cleaning deposit, which will be refundable the night before check-out following an inspection. Your deposit will be refunded only if the cottage does not show any evidence of pet(s) (example: pet hair behind doors, in the beds, under the beds, drool on floors and/or walls, etc.) being there.
3.Pets must always stay on a leash in your hand and in your control.
4.Pets cannot be tied outside.
5.Pets cannot be bothering other guests at any time.
6.Guest agrees to clean up animal waste of the pet(s) and agrees to accept full responsibility and liability for any damage, injury, or actions arising from or caused by pet(s).
7.Pet(s) will not cause: danger, damage, nuisance, noise, health hazard, or soil the domicile unit, premises, grounds, common areas, walks, parking areas, landscaping or gardens.
8.Sheets, pillowcases and towels are provided (to those guests with pets under 10 pounds) but blankets and bedspreads are removed and guests must bring own blankets and/or bedspreads.
9.For guests bringing a pet(s) over 10 pounds, you will be responsible to bring your own: sheets, pillowcases, blankets and/or bedspreads, and towels.
10.Brooms and dustpans are provided and must be used daily to ensure that no evidence of the pet(s) remains upon departure.
11.Pet(s) are not allowed on the beach or in the water.

Our water is on and cottages are OPEN by the 1st or 2nd week of April each season.
From opening day thru the month of MAY, our rates can be as low as $79.00 to $189.00 per night depending on which cottage, the number of people, and if there will be any pets, boats or jetski's. There are 2 SPECIAL EVENTS in May each year when rates are $99.00 to $289.00 ~ The annual Winni Derby that is held the weekend after Mother's Day and Memorial Day Weekend.
There is a great first weekend in JUNE with rates from $99.00 to $289.00 per night from June 1st until the start of the 10-night Annual Motorcycle Week in mid-June. For this event, we rent the first weekend of Bike Week for 3-nights (Thursday, Friday & Saturday nights), then weekly guests check-in Sunday to Sunday. There is also a great second half of June up until the week of the 4th of July with rates from $99.00 up to $289.00.
During most of JULY & AUGUST, most of our cottages with kitchens/porches/separate bedrooms etc. rent weekly Saturday to Saturday with weekly rates ranging from $995.00 to $1,795.00 depending on which cottage, the number of adults, couples or singles, # of children with their ages and if there will be any pets, boats, jetski's, etc..
Cottages #1, #2, #3, #6, #7 and #8 are available for less than a weeks stay with rates dependent on availability ~ rate range is $149.00 to $249.oo per night during the summer.
Labor Day Weekend ends on the first Monday of SEPTEMBER and we have 3-night stay specials ranging from $399.00 to $895.00 for all 3 nights depending on which cottages, etc.
After Labor Day Weekend, we have rates as low as $79.00 upward. We are open thru the end of OCTOBER!
