Despite the great value we strive to create an exceptional experience for our guests by including contents and service that most, if not all, the other villas cannot match. For example, a game room, custom granite or glass banquet table, blackout curtains, patio swings and hammocks, and, very importantly an extra level of checking to prepare the villa for your arrival.

All bedrooms come with two nightstands, two lamps, TV, DVD, phone and projection alarm clock. All beds are en suite except for bedroom 6 where you have to cross the hall. Two beds have dressers, and three beds have flat panel LCD TVs. All nightstands and dressers are glass top and Italian Cherry. Futons are high end (more than $1000 each) and are between Double and Queen size. |

Area Information : The unit is located on Ocean Blvd. in central Myrtle Beach. To get to the beach, leave the complex, cross Ocean Blvd and walk about 50 yards. Due to the units' central location all of Myrtle Beach’s attractions are close at hand. Especially of interest are FAMILY KINGDOM (theme and water park, about 100 yards north), BROADWAY AT THE BEACH (Restaurants, shopping theaters, nightlife, about 2.2 miles north) and MARKET COMMON (Restaurants, shopping theaters, nightlife, about 2.5 miles south)
Super helpful staff. Nice villa right in the center things. Game room was a plus and the pool area was great with the lazy river. Great breakfast place just round the corner. Would recommend to friends.
We had three families and we all fitted into this condo with a bedroom to spare which was great as we all then had our own bathrooms. There were five bathrooms. The kids had a great time in the lazy river while we relaxed on the balconys overlooking the pool. There were swings and hammocks on the two balconies. We did venture out later in the week to the beach and the water park next door. Management were great keeping us updated with text messages and we even got in the condo a little early. Great value. Nice place.
Very nice contempory villa just like the pictures. The whole family had a great time. Lazy river was unusual for this type of property as most just have small pools and we spent hours just floating round. Staff were nice and accommodating. Brought ius a new hair dryer when it went out. Recommended.
Just like the pictures. Helpful staff. Right in the center of things. One thing we really liked was that the beds had the hotel style comforters where there is a top sheet that is changed/washed for each guest so when we arrived we had nice clean sheets on top of the beds instead of questionable comforters that you often find in house rentals.
Three generations of family getting together for a week at the beach. This villa was perfect for us. Right in the middle of town and close to the Boardwalk so we could get out and take some exercise. The villa was just like the pictures and was clean and well maintained. Local staff were great texting and letting us know when we could get in. Nice property. Nice folks.
