The house also offers 3 parking spots, with 2 interior garage spaces and 1 exterior space, which is a must-have amenity when vacationing at the beach. Friends and families will love the ability to pull up, park and conveniently gain access to the house and it’s wonderful amenities. The first floor patio provides a perfect setting for entertaining and enjoying that famous San Diego weather with a beautiful 3-foot glass fire pit surrounded by mahogany bench seating, a built in bar and All-American Weber BBQ. The exterior also affords a heated outdoor shower constructed of lovely stone and tile with dual nozzles that allow guests to wash the salt and sand off both their body and feet after a wonderful day at the beach. The first, second, and third floors boast fully operational all glass window walls that open to reveal stunning beach scenery and deliver complete passive air flow, bringing in that beautiful and refreshing cool ocean breeze. The window walls are the highest in quality with a triple pane thermally broken system that provides an excellent elimination of sound and thermal penetration. The house sleeps a total of 8-10 comfortably. There is a King bed in the master, a double bed in the second and a queen sofa bed in the third bedrooms and two double beds in the 4th bedroom. The spacious bathrooms each feature a 12' rain shower head and modern contemporary stone sinks and counter tops. But, what makes this house so great is the luxurious penthouse master bedroom with it's large jacuzzi tub and two impressive front and rear balconies. The luxury tub and bathroom design elicits a complete feeling of being outdoors with its wrap around windows and above ceiling skylights. The two balconies also allow for full panoramic views of the ocean and bay, which is something only a select few houses can offer in Mission Beach. This exceptional home is only steps from the beach and a block away from some of the best restaurants and bars pacific and Mission Beach have to offer. As we like to say, 'it’s heels distance away from everything', meaning no taxi's required when exploring the local shops and restaurants or when planning a fun night out on the town. Despite a broken-down car this trip was fantastic. I had a large group that was able to fit very easily into this modern home. The property is located a very short walk from both the beach and nightlife. Neighbors were considerate and the managers responded quickly to any questions I had. I would definitely recommend and rent this property again.
Great house. Housed 3 families for a total of 12 guests. There was 3 bathrooms which worked out great. Everyone raved about the rain shower heads in the bathrooms. The kitchen had very nice appliances which we enjoyed. The location was great. We could enjoy both the bayside and ocean side of Mission. We took advantage of the beach toys provided at home. The true highlight of the home are the full sliding glass doors on each floor to enjoy that San Diego weather. Home is a newer built home with really nice finishes.
Being able to open up the sliding doors allows plenty of cool air and makes the rooms feel bigger. Having 3 parking spots is a plus

We have stayed at several beach houses on Mission Beach and this is one of the best!! Very convenient, steps away from the boardwalk, the beach, reastaurants and bars. We had 6 adults and 4 young kids. 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths was perfect for us!! We had the sliding glass windows open the entire time and really enjoyed the ocean breeze!! We would definitely stay here again!!
