Unusually spacious at 1500 square feet of living space, with high 12ft ceilings, this condo is a very roomy two bedroom two bathroom apartment, with a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, full size washer and dryer, full living room, dining room, and large and comfortable balcony, in which you will feel quite at home. All amenities are provided for. This is an excellent spot from which to enjoy all that Playa del Carmen has to offer, including diving, sailing, excursions to the nearby Mayan ruins, theme parks, guided tours, golf, nightlife, shopping, ferry to Cozumel and it's attractions or both the Mamitas and Kool Beach Clubs, only steps away, with water sports, a dive shop, swimming pools and beachfront restaurants and bars. | Rental - Terms and Conditions Payment: A 30% payment of the total rental amount is due when reserving your unit. Failure to make payment at that time will result in cancellation of the reservation. The balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to the arrival date. For reservations made within 33 days of the arrival date the total amount must be paid at the time you reserve your unit. Your reservation will be confirmed only after receipt of the first payment. Any re-billing as a result of failure to pay in accordance with the terms of the agreement or invoice will result in a $25 USD charge per occurrence. Failure to pay the final invoice on time will result in an administrative fee of 10% of the balance. If you pay by bank transfer you will be responsible for any charges assessed by your bank. Service charges incurred as a result of any payments are non refundable in any event. Rates are normally quoted in US Dollars, and in such cases payment must be made in US Dollars. In cases where the quote is in both US Dollars and Mexican Pesos, either currency will be accepted as payment. Failure to make payment in accordance with the terms of the Agreement will result in cancellation of your reservation and the forfeiture of any money paid. You are responsible for informing us of any change in contact information during the rental process. Cancellations: If cancellation of the reservation becomes necessary then a refund will be issued as outlined below: • 50% will be refunded if cancellation occurs at least 28 days prior to arrival date. • No Refund if cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. Check in - Check out Times • Check in time 3:00 PM • Check out time 11:00 AM Occupancy- Accommodations-Safety Exceeding the maximum amount of people allowed by the agreement will result in an eviction without refund of any money. Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not interfere with their neighbor’s enjoyment of their property. If it is deemed by the rental manager that you are causing disturbances of any type that infringe on your neighbors right to enjoyment of their abode, or infringes on their privacy, you will be warned one time, and a second violation will result in immediate eviction with no refund of any money. Pets are not allowed in the condominium. The housing of pets will result in eviction with no refund of any money. The condominiums are privately owned and furnished by the owner. They come with the furnishings provided. Neither DJF Properties or the rental management company will be responsible for providing additional items that your party may request. You are expected to respect the property and are responsible for any damage to the property as a result of your actions or negligence. It is your responsibility to make sure all doors and windows are secure and locked before leaving the unit. Neither the owner, rental agent, nor the property manager is responsible for any loss or damage to your personal property during the term of your rental. The rental manager will strive to make sure all appliances and amenities are in good operable condition. Sometimes things happen however, and if maintenance is necessary the property manager will try his/her best to correct the problem as soon as possible. Cleaning The condo will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. Maid Service is available during your stay for an additional charge per cleaning. The service is not available on Sundays, Christmas Day, or New Years Day. Baby sitting Service is available for an hourly charge. |
