West Coast Villa is one of the largest vacation rentals in the entire San Francisco Bay Area and its unique design allows accommodations for up to 23 guests in beds. We offer two West Coast Villas. Our most popular Villa I is 5,000 square feet of luxury and offers 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. West Coast Villa II is ideal for family travel with room for 6 or 7 guests. This vacation rental is 1500 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Or rent both West Coast Villas – the entire property includes 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms for a large family reunion, your sports team, wedding parties, families of the bride or groom, or for group travel. Holidays for 2017 include Easter, Spring Break, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year Please note: There is a per person, per night charge for each guest over the assumed occupancy. Rates assume vacation rental use only and include only registered guests. All non-registered guests are subject to day-use fees. All events are extra and are priced according to use. Here are rental potential rental configurations:
Villa II – assumes 3 guests, but sleeps up to 6 guests Our rates are for “vacation rental” use of the villa you choose, but the rates do not include non-registered guests, parties, receptions, or large gatherings, film shoots, TV ads etc. at the villa during your stay without written permission and a contract for such use. Villas may not be occupied by more guests than agreed upon in the rental contract. Rental prices are based on occupancy and contracted use. Additional fees will apply for additional guests, or for unauthorized events. We are a full service event provider as well and can assist you with your event. We allow some events, receptions, business gatherings, family reunions, special dinners etc. We can provide you with our list of preferred caterers, photographers, florists, cake-makers, etc. for your event.
