Drive over the scenic wooden Lt Island bridge and see breathless views. Arrive at my sunny open two story home with four bedrooms, two MBR with private baths. Additional one and a half bath. Two wrap around decks. Complete privacy. Water Views. Kayaks, Paddle Boards, Rafts etc. Two minute walk to the beach. Watch the tides flow in and out, and then walk along the to neighboring towns.
The space
Audobon Preserve. Calm waters Unusual privacy and quiet. Private beaches for owners and renters. Parking on beach for guests only. Wading pools for young children. Accept Pets . They can run on the beach and swim in the bay.

Cancellations
Strict
Cancel up to 7 days before check in and get a 50% refund (minus service fees). Cancel within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable. Service fees are refunded when cancellation happens before check in and within 48 hours of booking.
