Some of the really nice features of this 3 story townhouse are; decks on each level both front and back. The front deck affords views of the ocean and the back decks have a view of the pool.
The middle level is all living space with LR, kitchen, dining area and 1/2 bath, no sleeping space. So if you want to stay up late or rise early you are not disturbing anyone. The indoor dining room seats 10 plus a highchair and the out door dining deck seat 6.
The third floor has the King master bedroom with private bath and private deck overlooking the pool, the other two bedrooms are Queen Beds which face the ocean and share a bathroom which includes the washer and dryer.
The lower level has a bedroom with full & single bed, full bath and door to outside pool area. Ideal bedroom for kids.
There is a door downstairs and one upstairs to close out the noise.
TV with digital expanded cable tier in every room some with DVD recorders.
Directly across the street from N. Ave. Street beach access which has a wooden decking for a "no stairs" beach access and boardwalk to Kure Beach Park, Pier, shops & restaurants!
Parking for 3 cars, one in garage and 2 in driveway.
