Located in the heart of Sunriver, this pleasant 2 level 1600+/- sq. ft. condo is just a short stroll to the SHARC, Meadows Golf Course and the Sunriver Village Mall. The resort area has a number of activities available including over 30 miles of bike paths, world class golf courses, swimming, horseback riding, hiking, canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing. In the winter months, there are opportunities to snowshoe, cross country ski skate, or visit Mt. Bachelor just 20 miles away.
The condo sleeps 8 comfortably. There are two bedrooms downstairs, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. The upstairs loft has 2 sets of bunk beds and its own shower. With a vaulted ceiling great room, there is plenty of room to relax next to the large lava rock wood burning fireplace. Adjacent to the well-appointed kitchen is the comfortable dining area which seats 6 people. Two decks provide ample opportunity for outside seating; one deck is off the kitchen and the other opens on to a large grass common area off the living room.

Bikes: There are 2 bikes at this home (2 adult). However, we do recommend bringing your own bikes whenever possible as bikes are not guaranteed, subject to change w/out notice and subject to downtime. Should you arrive and a bike is in need of repair, please notify our office and we will make every attempt to have it repaired. In addition, we do provide discounts for bike rentals at a few of our local shops.
With this rental through Mountain Resort Properties, we provide access to the SHARC Aquatic Center, tennis courts, along with many area discounts. Ask us about our seasonal discounts offered on golf and Mt.Bachelor lift tickets.
