CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of booking at any time may result in forfeiture of total money paid.
Refunds for the property rental will only be made under the following circumstances:
1. The property is unfit for habitation, and no equivalent substitute can be found; or
2. The property is rebooked for the period of the booking. If a portion of the rental time is rebooked then a pro-rated refund will be made based on days rebooked and value of rebooking.
Any refund given will be subject to a 20% service fee assessed against the total rental rate.

St. Martin Beach Rentals has partnered with Red Sky Travel Insurance to provide Sun Trip Preserver® coverage for our guests. Sun Trip Preserver provides cancellation and interruption services as well as emergency assistance and travel services.
Protect yourself in the event of hurricane evacuations and family emergencies such as illness or death in the family. The travel insurance is optional and the cost is 6.95% of your total reservation stay.
