My husband and I stayed at this condo a couple of times. The first time we were attending a wedding nearby in DC, which was really easy to get to. We had a car, but the metro is so close that the second time we stayed, we did not get a car. Literally, there is so much to do and see right outside the building, that we didn't even head into the city for our couple's getaway our second time. There are tons of restaurants and bars, a movie theatre, a gym (Washington Sports club), grocery stores (Whole Foods and Safeway) and a small mall all within walking distance! They even have a great farmers market on Saturday mornings and got some things that we were able to cook a healthy homemade meal. The condo itself is very cozy, clean and comfortable. Rashida is an amazing host and communicating with her was very easy. She made sure we had everything we needed in order to feel at home. It truly felt like I was at my own condo. We strongly recommend staying here and look forward to staying here in the future!!!
It was a really good and relaxing experience staying in this place. Bed was comfortable, bathroom and shower are clean and beautiful. Kitchen and living room are cute and cozy. There are good vibes in this place!
The unit is great! Close to everything in Silver Spring, MD. The unit is comfortable and quiet. Everything you need is there and the things you may want are within easy walking distance. It is a block to the Safeway, a block to Whole Foods, and a block to Downtown Silver Spring street fair. The Red Line metro system is an easy 7 minute walk Could not ask for a better spot to stay.
We spent 4 wonderful weeks in this perfectly located (especially for those attending AIRP) condo! 5 minutes walk to the Silver Theatre and close to everything in Silver Spring, food stores and other shops, nice restaurants and cafés. It is also close to the red line metro wich makes touristing all over DC super easy! The unit is comfortable and quiet, nice and clean! Good cocking possibilities for those who enjoy doing that. The owner is extremely nice, flexible and quick responding. And there are also a property manager always smiling and available! We warmly recommend this place!
We recently stayed over this beautiful, clean and comfortable condo at Silver Spring. That was a great experience for my wife and myself staying in this wonderful place and wonderful city. Rashida, the owner is a nice and polite young lady and she made sure everything stays in good shape during our stay. Silver Spring is a nice city with a beautiful down town, shops and grocery stores. All of them are within a block from Rashida's Condo. We are planning to go to Washington DC soon and for sure we go to this condo again if it is available!
This could easily be the best place that I've ever stayed! It is so clean and comfortable, right by all public transportation, easily accessible! All utilities, TV, laundry, etc. were easily accessible. It is near all sorts of restaurants, stores, activities, the movie theater, cafes, you name it! The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood allowing me to work and relax without any problems. Rashida might just be the best host ever! Any questions at all, she replied quickly and courteously. Always accessible and kind, Rashida really went out of her way to make me feel at home. She's the best!! The next time I'm in the area, I'm absolutely staying there again!!
I stayed here while attending AIRP. The location couldn’t be better for this purpose. Close to the theatre, restaurants and the grocery store. Was a lovely month!
