While our Sanibel home was destroyed in the hurricanes of ’04, we completed the new construction and re-opened in December of ’05. While that was a number of years ago, owners and management have worked diligently to maintain the highest standards, both inside and out. We are excited and proud to be a part of the Ocean’s Reach Resort, which offers many new amenities typically found only in premier properties. These include being professionally decorated and furnished, solid surface kitchen and bath counter tops, 42″, flat screen TV in the living room with 99 channels and HD service from Direct TV, bedrooms also equipped with flat panel TVs, reliable hi-speed, wireless internet access and ceiling fans in all rooms and the lanai. Inquire about last minute weekly reservations for savings up to 40%. During the four weeks prior to any arrival date, I will discount an additional 10% each week. That’s 10% if booked 4 weeks in advance, 20% if booked 3 weeks in advance, 30% – 2 weeks in advance and 40% – 1 week in advance.

At our unit 3A3 at Ocean’s Reach Resort, we think we have a combination of location and view that can’t be beat. Our unit is only 25 feet from the beach, an amenity hard to find anywhere on the Island. Located almost exactly on the elbow of Sanibel, the views from the beach offer both inspiring morning sunrises and spectacular evening sunsets. With limited development on both sides, the atmosphere of tropical remoteness and serenity is enhanced.
If you have never been to Sanibel, we believe you will find it to be a uniquely tropical vacation destination. If you are a returning visitor, we invite you to consider our Sanibel home for your vacation. In either case, we believe you will be very happy with your choice.
We will strive to maintain and build upon the goodwill and high standards set by other owners and the management at the Ocean’s Reach Resort. To that end, we will always appreciate your comments as to missing items, repairs needed or other issues we should address. At the same time, we hope you will care for our property as you would your own and be mindful of our responsibility to maintain the same high standards for each and every guest.
Superior cleaning service is a top priority for us. Every guest makes an initial evaluation of their rental when they enter the unit for the first time. Is the unit immaculately clean, does the air smell clean and fresh, are the towels and linens stain free? We are confident our professional cleaning staff will do an excellent job to insure you get the right impression when you arrive.

We stayed at Oceans Reach for a week of relaxation and sun. And that's exactly what we got! I highly recommend this resort. It is clean and has all amenities that you can imagine. The location is perfect. The staff is friendly and efficient. I am extremely picky and would definitely recommend.
After a recent stay at this unit my wife and I couldn't have been more impressed. The unit and the grounds were immaculate, with a very accommodating staff and an easy to work with owner. Every last detail was attended to right down to kitchen utensils, flashlights and beach chairs. What a peaceful week! look forward to returning.
My daughter and I spent a wonderful holiday in Sanibel. The property was very well appointed and decorated and very quiet! It was steps to the beach where you could go for long walks to collect shells and admire the gorgeous sunsets. We especially made good use of the bikes provided to discover the island. A true cyclist’s paradise! Would highly recommend!

Our stay at Ocean's Reach couldn't have been nicer! The condo was lovely- charmingly decorated and very comfortable for a family of 5. It is situated just steps from the beach with a great view of the water. We fell to sleep each night with the sound of the waves and woke each morning, brewed our coffee and watched dolphins cruise by while we sat on the lanai. The sunsets each night were spectacular! We utilized the complimentary bikes- easily rode to many of the fun spots on the island. Beds, linens and kitchen supplies were top quality and the Ocean Reach's staff was very friendly and accommodating as well. Dave, the owner, was very easy to work with- we will be back for sure!
