LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! When you think of a cottage, this is the ideal getaway. It's a nice cozy cottage on a large lot with plenty of outdoor space for good times. It's a 2 bedroom with 2 doubles in one room and one in the other. There is a pull-out couch in the living room. I have upgraded the TV to a nice flat screen with CABLE and a DVD player in case of rain. There is a travel trailer available for overflow traffic (sleeps 6) upon request. The lot is large, and great for backyard games. The lot also boasts a fancy fire pit for relaxing evenings. The cottage is located in the heart of "The Bluff", LESS THAN A 2-3 MINUTE WALK TO PARLEE BEACH. Of course this cottage is close to the Drive-in Theatre, Bowling alley, a number of great golf courses, walking trails, and the town of Shediac, Pet friendly. |
