THE TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT AND GIVING AS MUCH NOTICE AS POSSIBLE IS NEGOTIABLE.

There is a 1 bdrm/1 bath option offered during non-peak summer season only with a limited occupany of up to two people (couple) only with no overnight visitor/occupants allowed (Limited Time special rates does not include paid electric) If returned in same clean condition as you received in, you will not incur an charges for cleaning at the professional going rates and receive your deposit back. A 38.00 application fee will be required for extended stays advance.
*There is no cancelation policy once a rental agreement contract is signed, so if you change your mind and don't take possession you will still be obligated for the rents per the rental contract. |

Facts About Destination : This condo is a 55+ community in a retirement area that caters to seniors so my condo is a very diserable place to stay for a select group that enjoys all the amenities and peaceful surroundings.
Area Information : The condo is located in the main community of Desert Harbor, in the suburbs NW of Phoenix. It's is also central to everything from numerous Medical facilities to shopping, numerous restaurants and entertainment.
Why visit : Best weather on earth October through May with a wide range of events and outdoor things to do.

Best time to visit : Winter if you're looking to get out of the cold weather, but March & April IMO are the best in Arizona's Phoenix metropolitan areas for outdoor activities, such as; golfing, hiking, boating, swimming among other attractions with amazing sunny skies, moderate temperatures with a nice breeze (heaven). Summer offers the best rates and with all indoor activities air conditioned you hardly notice. Best time to take day trips to northern AZ and explore the many historical sights, enjoy a day in Arizona forest country.
