I am an avid runner and enjoy working out with weights.
 
I use to play a lot of golf and tennis but an unsuccessful shoulder surgery prohibits me from playing both. Thus, the running and weightlifting.
 
Work for me is fun. I love what I do. I am excited for Monday mornings as most folks are for Friday at the close!
