Located on Perdido Key, Florida. 1 bedroom, 1 bath. Located on the 2 floor of West building with an elevator. Bunk beds are located in the hallway alcove for added sleeping. The spacious unit has a well stocked kitchen to meet all your needs and then some. A washer and dryer are included in the condo. The living room is furnished comfortably so you can enjoy your TV/DVD with cable and WiFi.
It is a gated complex, on the beach side, with a large pool (heated in the winter), hot tub, BBQ s, picnic tables, gazebo, fresh water pond and library. All this and a private boardwalk to sugar-white beaches. PARADISE!
It is centrally located near great shopping, dining, golf courses, zip lining, parasailing, and other water sports. The Blue Angels/NAS, the Naval Museum is 5 minutes away. |
Tern Key Realty & Rentals is an agent of the rental unit owner. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of any kind no matter how caused. All of our condominium units are privately owned and could currently be listed For Sale and may need to be shown during your stay. Every effort will be made to contact you prior to anyone showing the unit. Tern Key Realty & Rentals, reserves the right to move a reservation to a different comparable unit should the original unit reserved becomes unavailable. In the event this should happen we will notify you of any changes as soon as possible. RESERVATION PREPAYMENT A prepayment for our condominiums will be between $225.00 to $700.00 is required at the time you make your reservation, Full payment is required at the time of your reservation if your stay will be in less than Sixty days. for reservations made more than 60 days out, final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival by check payable to Tern Key Realty & Rentals and mailed to the address above. Intial Payment can be made with Visa, MasterCard, Discover. Guests will be responsible for any damages over and above normal wear and tear. If excessive cleaning is required after your stay, you will be billed accordingly. You will receive a confirmation letter after we receive your prepayment or full payment; by mail, email or fax. **All reservations are confirmed upon receipt of prepayment or full payment. CANCELLATION POLICY If you must cancel your reservation, advance notice must be given in order to receive a full refund of your payment less a $75 cancellation fee. Sixty days for daily and weekly condominium or cottage rentals. Ninety days for all monthly rentals. If you fail to give the required notice and unless you have travel insurance you will forfeit your payment. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURE OR NOT BEING SATISFIED WITH YOUR RENTAL UNIT. FINAL PAYMENT Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival for daily & weekly rental. Payment needs to be send in the form of cashier's check, money order or personal check, we only accepts credit card charges once. Monthly rentals ninety days prior to arrival. CHECK IN You must check in at Tern Key Realty & Rental office. Check in is after 4:00p.m. on your scheduled arrival date. If arriving after hours and our office is closed and you have a balance due you will be expected to return by 12 noon. If you fail to come in by 12 noon as instructed above we will then charge your credit card the balance due as agreed upon when making your reservation. If you arriving after hours, your key pack will be in the key box to the left of our office front door on the porch. CHECK OUT Checkout time for condominium and house rentals is 10:00 A.M. Check out time for accommodations at cottage/rooms is 11:00 A.M. Please return all keys to Tern Key Realty & Rentals office. There will be a $35.00 charge for each key not returned and will be billed to your credit card. All trash must be removed from the unit and placed in the proper facility. For cottages accommodations, a dumpster is located across the street from the cottage/rooms. Load and start the dishwasher. USE DETERGENT FOR DISHWASHERS ONLY. REFUNDS There will be no refunds for early departure. Weather is not a factor for refunds. Refunds will be given only if there is an evacuation of the Island in the event of a Hurricane by the local Government Authorities. OCCUPANCY The unit is limited to the actual sleeping capacity shown. CARTS Most units does not allow carts inside of unit to preserve walls / fixtures and furniture from being damage. BEDWETTING Our mattresses are not waterproof. It is your responsibility to protect the bedding. If upon your departure, we find a mattress soaked with urine or other liquids, you will be notified of whether the mattress will be replaced and bill to you for the replacement. SMOKING None of our rental properties allow smoking inside the unit. Some properties are smoke free building please obey the rules. Smoking is allowed outside in designated areas and cigarettes must be disposed of in proper containers. SMOKING IN UNITS WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF RENT AND EVICTION, OR ADDITIONAL CHARGES TO YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR CLEANING. PETS None of our units allow pets. If evidence of a pet is found eviction and a forfeiture of rent or extra cost of cleaning will occur. LOCKOUTS A service charge of $35.00 will be charged if you lose your key or become locked out of your unit, resulting in a service call to get you in the unit. This fee will be due at time of service and payable by cash only. PARKING Condominiums: All 1 bedroom units allow 1 car only. Two bedrooms or more generally allow 2 cars per unit. Ask when making a reservation. No boats, trailers, wave runners or motor homes are allowed to park at most condominium properties. Please remember all parking rules are strictly enforced. You must arrange parking for any recreational vehicles on your own. Tern Key Realty & Rentals will not be responsible for any towing costs you may incur. **Parking limitation does not apply to parking at Cottages** LINENS AND SUPPLIES Tern Key Realty & Rentals furnishes all linens and towels for daily and weekly rentals. It is recommended you bring extra towels for the beach and swimming. You will be charged for all linens and towels removed from the unit. Tern Key Realty & Rentals does not provide daily linen exchange or replenish paper products for condominium properties. We suggest you bring paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, as well as bath soap. Tern Key Realty & Rentals does provide daily towel exchange service for cottages guests upon request. Maid service for rooms are available at a charge of $25 per day. Any shortages or linens damaged beyond normal wear and tear will be billed to guest. TELEPHONES Telephones are restricted to local calls only where available. Long distance calls must be made with a phone card or by calling collect. GRILLS........CAUTION Grilling on decks and balconies is prohibited by the Fire Marshall of Perdido Key and Pensacola Beach. Some of our properties provide grills in designated area. We ask that you please keep common areas clean so others can enjoy. Cottages has charcoal burning grills available. MAINTENANCE We make every effort to see that each unit is in proper working condition. Please notify our office immediately to report any malfunctions. No refunds or adjustments are given. However, we will make every effort to correct the problem. Agents, authorized employees, or repairmen may enter premises during regular business hours for any purpose with the repair, improvement, care and management of the premises. We cannot guarantee availability of amenities, including hot tubs, pools, elevators etc. GENERAL · Please refrain from sitting on furniture in wet clothes or while wearing sun tan oil. · Please do not leave windows and doors open while operating A/C units. · Refrigerator/freezer settings should be set on middle position for optimal performance. · If you are disturbed by unnecessary noise after 10 p.m. please call 850-492-2444 · Open flames and fireworks are prohibited on all of our properties. · Please do not approach or feed alligators on the golf course or feed birds from balcony. COMPLIANCE WITH RULES AND REGULATIONS Please follow all rules outlined by Tern Key Realty & Rentals and the Property/Condominium Association. Guest shall take steps to see that they and occupants adhere to the policies applicable to said premises. Failure to adhere to rules and regulations may result in termination of agreement and immediate eviction of guest.
