Five bedroom, 4.5 bath, spacious home on 3 acres overlooking the Wolf River and 8 minute drive to the beach. ten minutes to downtown, ONE HOUR TO NEW ORLEANS. Groups love our home for FAMILY REUNIONS, CHURCH GATHERINGS, WEDDINGS, REHEARSAL DINNERS, GOLF OUTINGS, FISHING TRIPS. We are quite experienced and can help plan all these events. We can sleep up to 18 people in real beds and up to 26 with fold out couch, cots, and a double floor mattress. Our family has been gathering and having reunions here in Pass Christian for 92 years and we know the ins and outs. We help you with meal planning, beach outings, free activities, and more.
PLEASE NOTE: : This is a peaceful quiet, country neighborhood. LOUD PARTIES ARE NOT PERMITTED INSIDE OR OUTSIDE HOME without permission. We do permit "planned" respectable parties and/or weddings to a reasonable hour with prior written permission and some restrictions.

Home is ideal for family reunions, golf outings, fishing outings, and business gatherings. We also have a motor home available for rent for beach trips and beach weddings. Close to restaurants, boating, shopping, and Stennis Space Center. Outdoor dog kennel. (No vicious dogs please!).
"FABULOUS KITCHEN", overlooks great room, completely equipped including condiments and spices. Large selection of pots, pans, appliances, crock pots, blender, mixer, waffle iron, food processor, rice cooker, six burner stove with griddle and grill, Keurig coffee maker and 12-cup coffee maker with complimentary coffee, paper towels, baggies, trash bags, and In refrigerator ice maker......... ($2.00 per 20 pound bag of ice machine 5 minutes away). Charcoal BBQ Pit with enough charcoal for several fires provided.

No Saturday check in or check out without prior approval of owner. 4 day minimum for some holiday weekends. Call and ask for specific info. Booking daily minimums will be reduced approaching unoccupied days. If you want us to notify you of those reductions let us know. We will honor all rates that we post; If you see or get a rate that has been an honest mitake, typo or a hacked rate (it happens), we will notify you immediately and apologize. The last time it happened, we were hacked and we lost $500 in rent, so now we are posting this notification to be fair in the future. IF YOU BOOK WITH US OR ANYONE BE SURE AND SPEAK WITH A LIVE PERSON AFTER BOOKING FOR YOUR OWN PROTECTION. if you book with us, we usually call within minutes to verify and always within 24 hours. |

NO SMOKING IN HOUSE
Maximum 10 cars.No parking in front of house except long enough to load and unload. There is plenty of parking on side and in back.
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date. 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date. You must contact the owner directly to request cancellation.
