Awesome Waterfront Home, Huge deck, 2 blks to the beach, walk to bayside dining
This single family home is located on 61 st its a great location for the beach, bayside dining, evenings by the water and Ocean City entertainment. Its spacious and modern with many private areas for people to gather and enjoy the bay views. The house offers a large living and dining area, a first floor 1/2 bath full kitchen, 4 bedrooms upstairs the master with its own walk in shower and private deck, 2 to the other bedrooms offer queen size beds and there is a twin in the 4th bedroom. There is another full bath just remodeled.
The sofa has a pullout sleeper and there is a twin rollaway as well.
The deck is 50' with an awning and comfortable patio furnishings, there is a small patio off the main deck and a small sunroom off the living room.
Free parking right in front of the house. Also convenient to the Ocean City bus route that picks up every 15 minutes. This house has all the comforts of home with the convenience of anything you would like to do while visiting Ocean City.

Loved our visit to this beautiful home. Debbie was great to deal with and was always accessible. We normally visit Florida but the next time we are in OCMD we already know where we are staying! Nice view of Fagers Island. Great location, close to everything
The house was as described: bright, clean, welcoming. The entire stay was comfortable. After working all day, my staff and I were able to relax and enjoy our evenings. Sitting on the deck watching the sunset was wonderful. Can't wait to visit again!
We loved Debbie’s home! There was plenty of space for the 6 of us and it is within walking distance to the beach, but not in the thick of the busyness. We would definitely rent here again!!
