This property offers a 1000 Square foot balcony that is private to this unit, it is a 2 bedroom/2 bath ocean front condo in the Pyramid the condo unit is about 1200 sq ft plus the balcony. The Pyramid is a gorgeous uniquely constructed well maintained ocean front building. It is located on 95th street, directly on the beach, the beach is private to the people staying at the Pyramid but still Ocean City lifeguarded. So the beach is not overcrowded.

This is a great condo for partying within view of the ocean. Every night we had wine and something to eat while overlooking the beach. This huge balcony is the largest we have ever had at Ocean City and is absolutely fantastic!!! Two bedrooms, one with a single Queen and one with two Queens, makes it ideal for a family. We had a great time.
The condo was clean and well maintained. Debbie was easy to work with and was quite responsive. The balcony is spacious with current outdoor furniture. We would recommend renting this unit.
Walking into the patio was simply breath taking! It was spacious and had a gorgeous view of the ocean. The condo was very clean and maintained. My husband and I plan on renting this condo again in the future.

Debbie was great to work with , and her beach home is perfect location to everything. I can't say enough about the beautiful balcony, it is a little oasis of peace and quiet.
