Cayman Conch Quest is a beautiful oceanfront condo in the much-desired district of Rum Point/Cayman Kai.
Situated just 75 feet from the ocean, here you will find some of the best snorkeling and scuba diving on the island. Our first-floor condo features awesome ocean views of the Caribbean Sea throughout. Features include all modern appliances and furniture. Enjoy Cable TV with premium channels, DVD player, CD Stereo and iPod dock, located in the livingroom entertainment center. A TV and DVD player are also in the master suite. Internet access is included for your use. Central air conditioning will keep you comfortable throughout your stay. There are ceiling fans in each room as well. The screened lanai, furnished with table and seating for 6, beach towels/bags/chairs/mats/umbrellas/cooler and ceiling fan, is a great place to enjoy a meal or step out onto the private deck, where you can enjoy the white, sandy semiprivate beach and ocean breezes on comfortable reclining lounges.

Notes
The condo is equipped with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board for your convenience. A portable crib(Pack-N-Play) and highchair are also available for our youngest guests. Housekeeping for your check-out is included in the rental, however, additional housekeeping services during your stay can be arranged for a nominal cost. We can help you arrange for groceries to be delivered to the condo prior to your arrival, if requested. You might not want to go shopping for groceries after a long travel day. Assistance with rental car information is also available.

Posted rates are for 1-4 guests. Additional guests(1-2) will be charged $10.00 per person per night. Rental periods less than the minimum nights are welcome, although subject to a cleaning fee of $100.00. Rates are subject to change. Check-in/out days are flexible with the exception as noted for the Winter Holiday season.

This condo was better than shown. It was extremely clean and very well stocked with useful items. It is in a very quiet location and most of the time there were only 2-6 other guests. Pool area is very nice with a covered yalapa, outdoor shower, clean-up station, etc. Views are wonderful. The owner, Bob, was great to work with and his onsite manager even stopped by to see if everything was good! Thanks for a great vacation,
Our rental was perfect and had all the necessary amenities and more! Beaches towels and accessories were so helpful! Condo was very clean and organized with linens marked so you weren’t left guessing. Property manager was very kind and property owner was so helpful with advice before our stay! It was beautiful location and renting was seamless! Snorkeling of the condo’s beach was fantastic! Thank you!

Great property, very quiet beach with only a handful of people.
Great small property close to Rum Point but away from the maddening crowd of seven mile beach. Some may find it a little too quiet, but just right for us.. 10 restaurants within 20 minute drive and about 40 minutes to Georgetown Communication with property manager and owner was excellent and condo was well supplied. All sorts of beach/ pool toys and beach chairs and cooler if one wants to venture to private beach. Be nice to have San outdoor chair on patio rather than just chaise lounges There is a resident ( outdoor) cat on the property who is very friendly and well fed. 5 minute drive to Rum Point for beach and sunset is great.
