Our New Smyrna Beach Condo rental is a completely remodeled luxury unit situated in the Castle Reef Condominium complex. New Smyrna Beach is rated as one of Florida's top ten beaches, and our condo is just a few steps from that gorgeous attraction. We are situated on the wide expanse of New Smyrna Beach's "no-drive" beach. Our condo is the perfect place to enjoy that blissful attraction. The condo's ocean view balcony with it's Southern exposure overlooks the beautiful landscape and facilities of Castle Reef, which includes a heated pool in Winter, shuffleboard and tennis courts. It's a great place to enjoy a coffee with the morning sunrise, or the sunset with an evening cocktail. The unit has been completely remodeled; from removing walls, replacing all of the flooring, either with Luxury Premium Vinyl plank or ceramic tile for the bathroom. There is new cabinetry and quartz tops, in the kitchen, bath and dressing area. The condo has been painted for a more contemporary look. The unit features all new appliances and furniture throughout. The kitchen features top of the line stainless steel refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher and chef’s deep stainless sink. All fixtures are satin nickel. You should find any kitchen accessory you might need for cooking, if you don’t plan on dining out at the many fine restaurants in NSB. The bedroom has a ”top of the line" orthopedic pillow-top king size bed. There is a 32 inch HDTV in the bedroom and you have a large ceiling fan for your added comfort. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower with a “frameless” glass shower enclosure. The dressing area has new cabinets with quartz tops, new satin nickel fixtures and a large mirror. We also have provided a wall mounted hair dryer for your convenience There is a large flat screen HDTV and a DVD in the living room. Other features are cable TV in both the living room and bedroom; as well as an individual WiFi connection. HBO and Showtime is available. We provide Unlimited Nationwide Calling; also to Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico. All of your bedding and towels are provided; as well as beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. Laundry facilities are available across the hall. There is private on site parking and elevators about the complex. You are just a short walk to either the pool or to the beach. Food markets and restaurants are also nearby. You are sure to have a comfortable and relaxing visit in Unit 309 at Castle Reef Condominiums. Our unit is a non-smoking condo, and we do not permit pets or children. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent. We really enjoyed our stay at 309 Castle Reef. It was very clean. We had a great view from the balcony with sunshine in the morning and early afternoon. I would recommend a stay here - the whole condo complex was beautiful and well kept. It was only steps to the beach and ocean.
Condo 309 is the perfect condo for two! Clean, comfortable, and had all the kitchen appliances and utensils you would ever need to use. Beautiful sunrise view from the balcony. The complex is well maintained and the staff and Castle Reef are very accommodating! Great place to stay at NSB!
We liked very much your condo.Everything was ok. It was very cleaned and quiet. The furniture was completed, cleaned and good condition. It was confortable. In add, we appreciated the resort (beach, beach acccess, pool, charcoal, Internet access (a must for us), tennis, location, grocery, ocean view, etc...). We appreciated to have salt, pepper, toilet paper and soap. We appreciated your instruction note (what to do before leave...good idea) and documentation. We went to Disney and Universal Orlando. about 1.5 hour to go, it was ok and easy to drive with highways. We will recommand your condo. We would like to return. We received back our security deposit on time. Thanks for eveything.
This unit at Castle Reef is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. It has everything you need to enjoy your time at the beach. The unit is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare and serve meals. There are several stores located across the street. The grounds are well maintained and the pool area is always clean. I have already reserved for October 2016.

This unit is one of the nicest single bedroom units at this facility. Many beach units are crammed full of extra furniture to accommodate more people, sacrificing space and comfort. This one is comfortably arranged and nicely decorated. The picture of the view is the actual view also (not the view from some other condo, like SO MANY less honest owners provide). This is the perfect condo for a couple looking to stay on the beach. The condo is very clean and well appointed. Traveling by plane from out of state, the condo had beach chairs, beach towels and even a little cooler for the beach! All of the amenities you can't really travel on a plane with! The location is great with being by the elevators and you have a great view of the pool and ocean. I will definitely be staying here again!
We had a super relaxing week at the beach in this cozy, well-kept condo. The owners, Moe and Nancy, provided the everything we needed to feel like guests, not renters. I like to cook, and the kitchen was well equipped. (There are PLENTY of good restaurants in NSB when I didn't feel like cooking.) We had abundant room for our clothes and other travel items. The king bed was comfy. The rooms were quiet, without no outside noise intruding. And the sights, sounds, and ocean breezes from the balcony cannot be beat. Because Castle Reef is on a no-drive beach, there were no crowds. One of my favorite things is to walk on on the beach, then jump in the pool afterwards. There is always plenty of room to swim, then soak in the sun in a lounge chair on the pool deck. Heaven on earth! This was our 3rd year staying at Castle Reef. As usual, the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. The landscaping is terrific, and the buildings are well maintained and very secure. I can't wait to come back. : )
Lovely one bedroom condo ! Very clean and well maintained and comfortable! Has everything you need, just bring your sunscreen! Beautiful view and wonderful outdoor immenities. Also close to great restaurants, grocery stores, shopping.
Unit #309 is in the perfect location -- high enough and at a great angle to sit on the balcony and enjoy the ocean view and sounds. The condo is remarkably clean, pleasantly decorated and well furnished including a set of beach chairs and umbrella as well as all the linens and beach towels. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cookware and like-new appliances. The A/C and ceiling fans worked very well and kept up with the daily heat. The owner (Moe) was very pleasant to correspond with and offered suggestions since we were new to the area. The check-in and check-out process was painless and the office personnel were helpful. We appreciated the comfort of this condo and felt like it was our home away from home.
