With just a short walk to the mall at Marathon for light shopping and eating your in the middle of almost everything. There are also bars, fast food, 3 pharmacies, a gas station, Wendy's fast food, pizza, and many more within walking distance of this location.

| POLICY These are non-smoking units, however smoking is allowed outside. No parties or pets are allowed on property. Standard occupancy is 2 adults 1 child under the age of 12, extra charges may apply for additional guest. Failure to adhere to the policy will result in guest being asked to vacate the premises and no refund will be issued. Cancellation Guest are allowed to cancel without penalty anytime prior to 2 week (14 days) before the date of arrival. Any cancellations done after the 14 day threshold will result is 1 night stay imposed. Shorten Stay If a guest arrive and decide to shorten their stay for any reason a 50% refund will be issued on the remainder of the reservation. No Show if a guest does not show up on the date of arrival this will be considered a late cancellation one night stay will be charged and reservation will be cancelled. Delayed Arrival Failure to arrive on the expected date of arrival will result in one night charge for each day that the guest is supposed to accommodate up until the departure date of the original reservation. Damages Guest will be held accountable for all damages that happen while occupying the unit during their stay whether accidental or deliberate. |
