30 day minimum stay. Must be approved by Condo Association Management Company and myself. Umbrella, Beach lounger and Towels
provided. If you want to be on the beach and close to restaurants forget about the rest this one is the best.
All guests are required to be screened by the HOA before a booking can be confirmed. Screening process may take up to 25 days.

Smoking is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
Children Policies
Property is not suitable for persons under the age of 12.
A security deposit of 1,000.00 USD is not included in any calculations for the 'Total Rent' or 'Booking Notice'.

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies.
NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure
One-time fee of 200.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Cleaning During Stay
There is no cleaning/maid service available.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 10 percent of the rent.
Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 10 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500.00 USD is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 20 days of departure., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 1000.00 USD
