Charming beachfront unit. This is a two-bedroom, one bath, living room beachfront hideaway. Private beach access and private entrance and reserved parking space. Main bedroom has a beautiful view of the waves of Malibu beach. Tile, wood and glass are the materials. Wood ceiling giving a nautical look. Two doors, one from living area, and one from beachfront bedroom lead to the beach. There is a large mobile umbrella for sun protection, and a fire pit on the patio. Las Flores beach, sometimes called "Dog Beach", is one of the last privately owned stretches of white sands and exclusive beach in Malibu. There are never crowds, noise, or the urban invasion. You park, enter your private domain, and the beach, beauty, tranquility, and ocean are yours to enjoy. The property is located directly on Pacific Coast Hwy, and there is only one house lining the beach. which is protected by promontories on each side making it hard to reach from anywhere but where the residents are located. There are two nearby eateries, Duke's to the south, and Moonshadows to the North. All the sightseeing that Malibu offers is nearby. Beachfront bedroom has a king bed, and the adjacent bedroom has a queen. The living area has a kitchenette, microwave, fridge, dishwasher. House has high speed 500/500 WiFI, big screen OLED 65" TV with surround sound, streaming video, music, Alexa. Smoke and carbon monoxide state of the art detectors with motion activated night lights. Outside patio area has three steps to the sand. There is a shower at the top of these stairs with a spigot just for rinsing feet, and a full shower with hot water to rinse off after water sports. The adjacent point is a favorite spot for surfers and is never crowded. The beach in front of the home is sandy and safe for swimming. Local fishing is available. All services, massage, food delivery, horseback riding, tennis, hiking, kayaking, surfing, paddle boarding are nearby. At both ends of the beach there are tide pools that are full of life. Dolphins and migrating whales are commonly seen from the patio. |

This was the perfect place to spend time for a few days - wonderful beach immersion, close to everything, welcoming hosts that made us feel at home. Really, something out of a California fairytale.
The property is exactly as described. However, the pictures of the beach do not do this property justice. This location is second to none!!!! My 2 kids had the beach to themselves. It is as private as it gets! Victoria was extremely nice and provided us with anything we needed. There is nothing negative to say about his rental other than we had to leave it. If/when we visit Malibu again, I will definitely be staying here. Thanks again Victoria!!!!
Victoria was a very gracious host. The view from the deck was absolutely gorgeous. Loved the private beach. Easy access to anything you needed to get to. Last but not least, Victoria had our refundable deposit refunded back to us within a few hours. Such a wonderful experience. We will definately rent here again if ever in the Malibu area.

Incredible beachfront access. Stayed with my wife, brother and his girlfriend. Didn’t even turn on the TV because the beachfront was so great. Plenty of surf boards and paddle boards on hand. Only drawback was the presence of ants in the bedrooms, but hey, it’s a beachfront place. Overall great stay. And the hosts were friendly and helpful too.
This is a perfect place to stay to hit most of LA! The beach is right in front of you on the perfect deck. The hosts were wonderful and very attentive. We wouldn’t have had half the experience at a hotel. I didn’t think it could get any more perfect until I watched dolphins swim by while having my morning coffee on the deck. Pick this place, you won’t regret it!!
We had an amazing time in this little Paradise House in the West Coast!! We loved it..almost private ..quiet and so beautiful right on the water. Perfecto! The owners Victoria and her husband were very helpful to any of our requests. We would love to come back there for sure! This little paradise house has everything that you need to enjoy a fantastic stay! Highly recommend ????? very happy!
Victoria is extremely easy to work with. The unit itself is simple but the reason to book this place is the deck that sits right on the beach. Its beautiful and relaxing. Duke's is a very short walk but frankly its more enjoyable to just order in and enjoy the deck the house provides.
My husband and I and our two teenage kids absolutely loved this condo. The back deck sits on a private beach and we were able to see dolphins swimming by in the morning while we had our coffee. Parking our CRV was super easy right outside the condo along the Pacific Coast Highway. Victoria was a wonderful hostess and always responded quickly to our questions. We would definitely consider returning!!
