There are 3 stories. Living area is on the 2nd floor with a large kitchen, bedroom, and a 1/2 bath. Terrific ocean views that are not obstructed since it overlooks the tennis court and green area. The 3rd floor has 2 bedrooms - a master with a king and full bath, and another with 2 queens and a full bath. The lowest floor has a queen and 2 twins and is directly connected via a stairwell. There is also a 2 car garage with laundry. |

We were a large group down for a few days midweek in April. The place is enormous and easily accommodated all of us. We cooked using the well stocked kitchen and enjoyed the balcony which is across from a green belt and tennis court so you\'re not right across from another residence. The master bedroom is amazing as well as the view it offers. All in all we had an amazing vacation because of Las Gavs and a great vacation home!
This was one of the best times we have had in the Rosarito area. The home is amazing and offered everything we needed. We had a large group with room to spare, the views from both balconies was great. We will definitely be coming back to this house at Las Gaviotas!
I absolutely loved our stay here at this home. We were a rather large group of 10 and we all fit perfectly ! The home had everything we needed and location was great, right across from the tennis courts. It was easy to get a hold of the owner and he responded within an hour everytime i had a question. We have an annual family trip here to Las gaviotas and we are never disappointed. I would definitely come back to this home !
We stayed here the weekend of 9/16/16 and couldn\'t have asked for a better place! This home is extremely well cared for, every room spotless!! We had breakfast & cocktails on the patio each day and really enjoyed watching the sunset each night. Looking forward to bringing our adult kids down for a weekend, we know they will love it too!!
The owner was so helpful and detailed in instructions for our vacation a few weekends back. The house is fantastic, it accommodates a large group comfortably and the home is quite beautiful. A wonderful getaway with all the fixings! Absolutely recommend this place for anyone wanting to visit Las Gaviotas!
My friends and I rented Hughs Las Gaviotas home this past weekend and it was absolutely perfect. Hugh was great at responding and it made for a fun, easy trip. His home is 3 stories and plenty of room for 8 big guys to find a place to sleep. The location is great as its a few short stairs from the beach and pool, and from the top story, you have an incredible view of the waves and ocean. A great place that I already cant wait to go back to.
