Guesthouse A 50sq.m independent stone-made guesthouse, in the middle of the garden, has a double sofa bed in the living room with fireplace, a bathroom and an air-condition.
Outdoors A private basketball court which can be modified to a tennis/volleyball field. Athens Villa Mare has a relaxing and warm atmosphere, where guests can enjoy the wonderful sea and the sunset, even from the inner parts of the house. The architecture of the site is simple, rigorous and succeeds to create an overall sense of modern elegance.

Lagonissi grand resort is only 3min walking distance from Athens Villa Mare, where you can choose among watersports or relax and swim in an organized sandy beach. The beach, food markets (5’ drive) and a variety of the most fashionable restaurants and beach-bars are very close to the villa. We also provide car for your daily commute (on hire), and transportation to and from the airport (price upon request). An agent is available to guests to help and advice about the villa or Athens sightseeing.
