The elegant 2-storey Villa is perfectly located in Lagonisi an area along the blue waters of Athenian riviera, surrounded by olive groves and lush gardens.
Accommodation for up 14-16 people (350 m²).
Ground Level: 2 separate apartment with well equipped kitchen, living room. Each apartment has 1 master double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms, magical swimming pool, outdoor bathroom with shower, beautiful large garden ( 2.500 sq.m.), outdoor dining area with barbecue, wood oven.
First floor: Fully equipped central kitchen, large living room, large dining area, 2 bedrooms with air condition (1 with king size bed and one bedroom with double bed), 1 bathroom with bath, veranda with panoramic garden and swimming pool view.
Children will love the beautiful lush garden and the outdoor area.
A kiosk with barbecue grill and old traditional oven will fascinate everyone.
The outdoor experiences will create a unique scenery for an unforgettable stay.
Relax at the Villa Ioanna, which is located only a few minutes away from the beach, and just minutes away from the cosmopolitan city center of Varkiza. The city of Athens is just a short drive away, where you can visiting the ancient ruins and numerous museums.
The famous ancient temple of Poseidon at Cape Sounion is a 25 min. drive.
You can visit the nearby marina of Vouliagmeni to enjoy the sea boats cruising along the Athenian coast.
Sports lovers, can enjoy nautical sports and sea-related activities, scuba-diving, surfing, water-ski.
The famous Vouliagmeni lake with warm water all year round known for its therapeutic properties, offers a tranquility environment with other activities such as yoga classes. The beautiful garden around the lake is an ideal place for organising events.

A few minutes away you can find a selection of restaurants for all tastes such as Copa Mar coffee beach front restaurant with sun beds and umbrellas on the beach. Additionally, there are many organised beach such as Pefko, and Yabanaki beach. For nightlife and dance you can choose Island or Ribas.
Transfer from/to airport, or any place inside/outside the city upon request with luxury cars.
