BEDROOM 3 – Again fully fitted with Queen size bed, matching furnishings, drapes etc and en-suite bathroom.
BEDROOM 4- Fully fitted with a Queen size bed, wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom.
BEDROOMS 5 & 6- Are both fully fitted with twin beds and an adjoining bathroom.
The large open plan living room is elegantly furnished for you to relax and unwind in after a long day at the attractions. There is a formal dining room with seating for 6. The large kitchen and breakfast area is complete with all modern appliances and the breakfast table looks out over the pool area ensuring a great start to each day! There is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and a downstairs cloakroom with WC and washbasin.
There is also an additional beautifully furnished family room with 42" LCD TV and lovely high ceilings that keep the room nice and cool, a great place to relax in.
In addition to this there is also a Games Room in the converted garage area, which provides a perfect entertainment/ games area for adults and children alike boasting a 6ft Air Hockey table, table football, pool table, and a seating area with drinks table – GUARANTEED TO PLEASE.
Externally the villa has a superb, fully enclosed 30ft x 15ft pool and jacuzzi and deck area equipped with recliners and patio table and chairs.
