There is free high speed Internet and an upgraded cable TV package to keep you entertained, as well as a fully equipped games room.

The ground floor features the modern styled family area with comfortable seating, cable TV, DVD player and Stereo. You will also find a variety of videos, DVD's.
The adjacent dining room features a large dark wood table plus 6 chairs.
The family room overlooks the large pool and spa surrounded by the oversized deck area and extended lanai with ample outdoor furniture for alfresco dining with deck tables and chairs.
The home has a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator / freezer with ice maker, range cooker, microwave, toaster, blender, electric kettle, cafeteria, dishwasher, cookware and utensils, and of course ample crockery, cutlery and glassware. The adjacent breakfast area has breakfast table and chairs.
Three of the six bedrooms are located on the ground floor. There are two beautifully furnished master suites with Queen size beds and flat screen TV's there is also a brightly furnished twin bedded room with flat screen TV.
You will also find the half bathroom located on the ground floor.
On the upper floor you will find the stunning and spacious main master suite with King bed, flat screen TV which leads out to a lengthy screened in balcony overlooking the pool/ spa and lake. The en suite bathroom features an oversized walk in shower, bath tub, twin vanities and toilet.
The fifth & sixth bedrooms are also located on this floor. The fifth room features a Queen sized bed with flat screen TV and the sixth bedroom has twin sized beds and a flat screen TV. The adjacent bathroom features bath / shower, vanity and toilet.
The games/ activity area is located in the open loft area on the second floor and features billiards table, foosball table, Games system & ample comfortable seating.
The utility area, located in the garage, has a large washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board and a vacuum cleaner.
