Our house is 5 minutes from Disney in a developement called Oak Island Harbor. Newly decorated with tile flooring and carpeting. New living room and family room furniture. Wireless internet. Overlooks a lake with southern exposure. Close to all the amusement parks, Disney World, MGM Studio, Animal Kingdom, Universal and Sea World. Orlando airport is 20 minutes away. Beaches are 1 hour away going east or west. Tampa and Bush Gardens about 1 hour away. Kennedy Space Center 1 hour and 15 minutes. |

We have just returned from spending three very relaxing weeks at this villa and we will definitely return. The villa is close to the 192 which has lots of great restaurants close by and Disney is only 10 minutes away. The villa has a great south facing pool which gets the sun all day. It also overlooks a lake with lots of wildlife. We even saw an alligator, although it was only 2 foot long. The villa is well equipped and very clean with (thankfully) no sign of any cockroaches. Rosie, the owner of the villa, is a very nice person to deal with and takes great care to ensure you enjoy your stay. The same can also be said of Dawn, the villa property manager, who also checked that we had everything at the villa we required.
Beautiful home. Nice open floor plan with plenty of space. The Master Bedroom Suite is on the first floor and the other three bedrooms are upstairs. Nice waterfront view from pool area. Perfect home for a family trip to Disney World. Great location just a few minutes from the main entrance to Disney World. Restaurants, stores, etc. all nearby. It\'s so nice to have a comfortable house to go to after a busy day at Disney World. So, close you can leave the park, rest up, have dinner and go back for nighttime fireworks.
In general the house was in pretty good shape although we did have problems with the master room toilet and door lock on the middle bedroom upstairs, things that can easily be fixed. Carpet in master bedroom could do with a good clean but apart from these three minor observations we really had an enjoyable stay.
Place was exactly as described. Quiet neighborhood, security system. Close to attractions. Our family enjoyed the home, very well kept, clean. The owner was very friendly and prompt about returning deposit. I would recommend this home for a family. My teenage daughters enjoyed their stay.
