The apt. Includes a private swimming pool and jacuzzi. A beautiful & serene beach is only a 8-10 minutes walk. A second beach is at 5-minutes drive. We provide you with beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella and a cooler. The Basic Rate includes up to five (5) people.
All Utilities are included in the rental fees (i.e. Electricity, Cooking Gas, Cable-TV, Netflix, Wi-Fi Internet and telephone for local calls).
The apartment is fully furnished, including flat-screen LCD TV, DVD Player, Netflix, IPod speakers, washing machine, microwave oven, gas range with oven, coffee maker, blender, water cooler and refrigerator. We also provide you with cooking ware, plates & eating utensils, water and wine glasses, bed linens & towels.
There are sufficient beds to sleep up to six (6) people comfortably (e.g. a queen size, a full size, a twin size pull-out bed and an electric air mattress). In addition, we offer you digital Cable-TV, Wi-fi Internet and a telephone for local calls for your convenience.

The apartment was exactly like the pictures online. Lillibeth was great and punctual and always available anytime for questions. Socrates the driver recommended was great and very helpful. Our overall experience was in one word \"AMAZING\"... The food and the people of Juan Dolio humble and helpful and I recommend visiting it gives you a warm feeling in your heart to share it\'s beach and amazing atmosphere. As usual it was a pleasure working with Jorge, he was always available for any questions I had,, the apartment was very comfortable, has every thing you need, and the beds are super comfortable (a big plus!) We will be back and I will let my friends know about this place!!
We love going to the Dominican. This apartment is in a great location, close to the markets, restaurants, and of course the beach. It has all the amenities of being at home!
Me and my Wife have stayed at this Apartment multiple times it\'s very comfortable with all the amenities of home. very quiet from the busy day to day in the City. the Beach is close and it has a nice quiet pool and Jacuzzi. the neighborhood store is close and restaurants also either a quick drive or a nice walk. I like having access to the internet and cable TV. plenty of pots and pans and the owner is Great making sure your stay is good all the way through. Michael & Doranny A.
The apartment was everything we hoped for and more....better than what I pictured from the pictures. It was very well equipped. Had everything we could ask for. If it wasn\'t there, you don\'t really need it. They have a toaster, food processor, blender, more than sufficient pots and pans, decent cutting knives, cutlery, utensils, corkscrew, grater. The unit is on the forth floor. There is an elevator that worked all the time. Electricity was 24/7. The unit is a corner unit facing the ocean. There was no clear view of the ocean, but the view was breath- taking. Who doesn\'t like to look outside at the palm trees and beautiful foliage. The balcony was the whole side and front of the unit. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors along the whole side and front of the unit also, so there was plenty of natural light. There were motorized black out shades that were helpful in the day when the sun was at it\'s fullest. Kept the unit cool. There is air conditioning and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The open concept dining, living and kitchen areas had only ceiling fans. That was sufficient for us. There is a shared pool which we had to ourselves the whole time. Very nice pool area with loungers, tables and chairs. Plenty of shade if you want that. The beach is a short walk away, about 5 minutes. There is a small supermarket, a 2 minute walk away, that has everything you could possibly need in the way of groceries...even wine and alcohol. Just round the corner there are a few other stores and another market with most everything you need, along with souvenirs. I would suggest going in to San Pedro to a bigger supermarket to do your main grocery shopping if you are planning on doing your own cooking. There are several large supermarkets (Jumbo and Iberia) which are similar to Walmart Superstores. Don\'t be afraid to go into town (about 15 minutes) It is safe. Down the main boulevard there are numerous restaurants and shops also. We did not eat out. We made all our own meals. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom with a queen size bed in each room. If there is anything negative to say..I would have to say that the kitchen could use more counter space and more pantry space. That would have been nice, but we made do with what was there...no biggy. Also, the pots and pans are in a very high cupboard. If you are height challenged, you will need to use the ladder that is in the bedroom. Overall...fantastic!!!!
My family and I really enjoyed our weekend. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures: comfortable, sunny, open... Nice neighborhood with safe parking and restaurants minutes from walking. 2 beautiful bedrooms, each with a bathroom and with A/C working perfectly well. Everything had been provided: bathroom towel, even beach towel, water cooler... Host was very welcoming and available at any moment if we had any issue. Fortunately, apart from both bathrooms and kitchen where water stopped working for at least 10-15mn, everything else was perfect. We miss your place already and wish we could have stayed longer.
