Un séjour merveilleux grâce à ces deux parfaites maisons. Nous étions 21, notre famille etait dans une maison et nos amis dans la seconde, parfait équilibre pour un séjour agréable. Les services proposés nous ont entièrement satisfaits et les équipements étaient propres et en parfait état. Nous avions Benjamin qui s'occupait des maisons et qui était toujours la pour nous en cas de besoin. Il a rendu notre séjour encore plus magnifique, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Our family has enjoyed many places to stay in Las Vegas but will say that this was our best choice to date. Having plenty of space for parking, our family, and friends to visit and enjoy the beautiful pool, and putting green. The game room is great with a classic pool table and ping pong for the kids. We would recommend any group whether here for convention or family reunion such as ours to visit this estate. Owner/Manager is available to assist with all kinds of support as we needed some guidance with show tickets and a good limo service. All had a wonderful time and we hope to return for another Vegas run!
Nice place to escape. Our team really enjoys the privacy and ability to get away from the strip and bbq/cook together and go over our strategy for the next competition. We travel often and having a comfortable and spacious escape with a good hot tub for soaking after our tourney is a blessing. Thanks and would recommend for any teams coming to Las Vegas for tournament play.
We stayed at this property for our annual family reunion. Now with a two year old, the large casita (4 bedrooms) was perfect for quiet time for the baby and in-laws, now in their seventies. The main house with six bedrooms and with the pool was very spacious and a great space for our large family to all be together in. Fantastic space for reunions. Quiet neighborhood. Younger family members repeatedly asked, “When can we come back again?”
The house was clean and organized upon arrival. Our company was having an expo at the convention center and being able to come to a clean and comfortable home made the entire process much more relaxing. We were able to have a few customers over for dinner and have a nice big kitchen helped. The overall experience of the property was exceptional, the pool was clean, the hot tub was ready to use when we arrived. The pool table and poker table helped us have some fun. Overall we were extremely satisfied with our stay and would stay here again.
This home is fantastic and very comfortable! We have stayed in this house 3 times and really cannot wait to do it again. We share it between our family and a friends family and there is more than enough room. The owners are excellent to work with and are quick to respond to any questions or needs that may arise. Absolutely recommend this, especially if you're looking for a home with a wonderful pool and a hot tub. The home is conviently located close to the strip and many amenities in q very nice neighborhood.
I highly recommend this property. We travel with a large group to trade shows all over the country and rent many homes, but not many that are set up this well for our needs. 2 houses, lots of parking, comfortable beds, lots of entertaining room and a host that takes care of your every need. We travelled with 2 volleyball teams, coaches, and parents and had a great stay. Charles, Linda, and Kurt were easily accessible and available for any help...even purchasing a juicer for our girls in order to make fresh squeezed grapefruit juice. We will definitely keep them on the top of our list of locations for our teams to stay during our annual Vegas volleyball trip. Thanks!
We were in Las Vegas for a basketball tournament with 8 families. The home provided space to hang for the players and the parents. The owners were very accommodating and provided exceptional service. Each family had their own space which made the stay that much better.
Our property owners could have not been better! They made sure of all our needs, provided great service and made us feel right at home. This is a MUST STAY property.

We had a group of 28 people. Most of us had not been in vegas before but Charles and the team made this place feels like home. This place definitely meet and exceeds our expectations. They were very prompt to answer our questions and any concern we had. We are looking forward to spend more time here in the future.
Had our family reunion in Vegas a couple of weeks ago. Rented both houses. There were 20 plus people staying at the houses and all were comfortable. 50 plus had a catered taco bar with rented tables & chairs. Property location is just far enough from the strip to be peaceful and close enough to get to the strip quickly. The owner is a great guy! He provided everything we needed (and more). Absolutely no complaints and look forward to doing it again.
I hosted my class reunion here in Las Vegas and I picked this place because of the two homes on the property. It was the perfect spot for our reunion. Lots of parking in the cul-de-sac between the 2 homes. The larger of the homes hosted the ladies, while the smaller one story home was the men's home for the 5 days. Both homes had fully furnished kitchens. We loved the multiple bedrooms some with extra beds. All beds, pillows and linens were very comfy. Towels are provided as well. The extra chairs and tables allowed us to have a nice sit down dinner on our last night in one of the larger rooms. 2 BBQ grills and huge ice cooler was perfect for the BBQ night. The pool and hot tub in the outdoor tropical setting was awesome and lots of seating around the patio. I love the landscaping around the homes with hidden spots to relax. There is even a huge lemon tree loaded with fruit perfect for a tropical drink. Both homes had great outdoor area, but only the main home had the pool and jacuzzi. The rooms are themed in the main house and you can find antiques spread through the homes. The area around the homes is quiet. We loved the peaceful evenings. Charlie and his team, Kurt and Angel were prompt when we called or texted them and even came to the property one of the days to bring extra blankets as it was chilly one of the days we stayed. On the one day that it was hot, the AC worked perfectly after some adjustment with the thermostat. Weather in Las Vegas is temperamental in October. Mahalo Nui Loa!!! You are all awesome!

Very Big and Very Nice
Separating our group into two the homes on the property was the best aspect of this property. The smaller home was a get- away for the older clan, and the large house with the pool and play rooms was perfect for the late-nighters. Once the lay out was determined, putting the right people up was easy. Access to the airport, the Strip and hiking was perfect. Shopping was close, everyone felt secure and the neighborhood was quiet. The owners were responsive to our requests for propane and repairs. Our 25+ guests all agreed the place was a great selection for the cost and amenities.
this property is just 'great'. we had 10 men staying there on a golf trip. we each had a bedroom. the living areas were very comfortable. the kitchens were nicely sized and well appointed. the backyard--patio, grills, pool and hot tub---was probably the highlight of the property. it was too cold to get in the pool during our late February visit, but the hot tub worked great. the home is very well located, close to the 'strip' and freeways. there are great golf courses around town and we plan to return to this home to enjoy them for some years to come.
Our overall stay was good. It was described as a good place for a corporate stay, but I would not agree. The property has (2) houses on it and there are not bathrooms for each bedroom and some of the bedrooms lacked privacy. If you are looking for a place for a family reunion, this would probably work. I will look more closely next time.
Annual golf trip for 20. The 2 houses and cul de sac createsd lots of space inside and out. Hospitality provided by the owner is world class. I highly recommend and will use the property for future events.

This is a huge property. The owner is very kind and easily accessible. He was also very accommodating. We were a party of 14 and everyone had their own rooms. As the other guests have said, the furniture could use updating. But that would be my only recommended improvement. Overall, great jewel.
Overall it was a great experience. This house allowed us to enjoy all of what Vegas had to offer plus more. From card games and the game room it made our stay pretty enjoyable. We rented both houses witch less us all have our own space and still be together. I would def book this house again for another trip
