Luxurious 5 bedroom, 3 bath vacation home on a 1/2 acre wooded lot. This Lake Harmony Estates location is a beautiful home, with an out door wrap around deck, which includes a 6 person hot tub,outdoor bar set and table set and gas grill. The king size master bedroom features a marble steam shower and 46' flat screen tv. The main level features a full bath and two bedrooms with queen beds, as well as a full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and modern appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools you need prepare great meals for your family and friends. Kitchen looks out to our great room with large dining and living area with 46' flat screen smart tv and a wood burning fireplace. The house has central air, cable and wireless. At the entry level are two bedrooms, one with a bunk bed with a full size on bottom bunk and the other with two sets of bunk beds (and a pull out bed). There is a game area with a pool table, professional foosball table, Pac Man and Galaga 8 game arcade, 46 inch flat screen TV, gas fireplace and queen size sleeper sofa. The house is about 1 mile to Big Boulder and 3 miles to Jack Frost ski resorts..
Lake Harmony is a private powerboat lake that permits fishing, power boating (If you wqnt to bring a boat check with owner as it may or may not be permitted) , water skiing, sailing and Jet Skiing (There are no jet ski rentals). We are located a 5 minute walk to the lake and 10 minute walk to the beach on the lake, or a 2 minute drive. Lake Harmony has a private sandy beach with a lifeguard, a swimming platform, picnic tables and a beach volleyball court. The beach is usually open on weekends starting on Memorial Day and then full time starting around mid June or the summer. Tennis court access is included.
Split Rock Resort is only a mile away which features a water park, movie theater, bowling alley and a marina where they rent kayaks. Please contact owner for exact rates for the time you want if not clear from the rates section.
Please check with owner for Rates because new rate structure on VRBO can sometimes be confusing and rates may be different than shown. Minimum rental is usually 2 nights and if you want to rent a Friday or Sat night, the full weekend rate applies to the second night whether it is a Thurs or a Sunday. Nightly rate is generally an add on to a weekend rental. If you want to rent just mid week, the night rate depends on when you want to stay and how long. Summer weekly rentals are usually Sunday to Sunday, but less than a week is possible if start or end on a Sunday, but depends on when and how long.

My husband and I surprised our littles with a mid-week ski getaway. The house was perfect for our needs and gave us a wonderful opportunity to spend quality time together. We loved relaxing in the hot tub and playing in the game room. There was plenty of space for us and we loved how close we were to the mountain. Barry was an excellent host and responded quickly and efficiently to all of our needs.
The house was very clean and a perfect setup for our two large families. Barry's description was very accurate, and he was always quick to respond with any questions or concerns. Location was ideal...about 5 minutes from Big Boulder and 10 minutes to Jack Frost. We would absolutely stay here again...highly recommended.
My husband and I stayed at Barry's house for 4 nights with our three boys. The house was just as described. We spent so much time in the game room. My boys loved the pool table and the PacMan game was a huge hit! There are so many bedrooms to choose from. I loved that the master was by itself on the upper level. Beds were comfortable. The house is spacious so if you have a big group, there are plenty of rooms for everybody to spread out. Kitchen was well equipped with all the cooking utensils, which was a plus because my husband and I love cooking. We got to see some deer and turkey, got out for some walks...the area is beautiful. Check in was easy, house was clean, and Barry was very easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this house!
Beautiful house with everything you need. The games for the children are a big hit. Also the hot tub right off the living room was the best. I would definitely stay again.

My family and I had such a great time here. Barry was a great host. He was always available for anything I needed. The house is super clean, spacious and beautiful. I fell in love with the top bedroom. We were so grateful to be there with this gorgeous weather. We enjoyed two BBQs, the firepit, the hot tub and all the other amenities. We also went on long walks. The area is so friendly and super organized. Thank you so much for making this time so wonderful.

The stay at this house was awesome. Had 4 adults and 6 kids with plenty of room. The area itself is beautiful with plenty to do. Everyone left wanting to come back. At one point during the stay the owner contacted us just to see if we needed anything, nothing was needed but was very nice gesture of Barry. Communication with owner was also very good and almost instant when needed. Definitely looking to return in the future. Thumbs up on this one!
We had a great week staying at Barry place. Any text or email sent to Barry he responded right away. The house was very clean and ready to stay in. Plenty of room and really enjoyed the game room. Extra fridge was great for the amount of drinks snd food we had. . Having three bathrooms helped a lot with 13 people. Barry provided us with local activities, place to eat and shopping. We would stay again. Thank you Barry
