These are two spectacular 4 bedroom houses on the same property right on Lake Harmony, with the cottage being about 30 feet in front of the larger house. They are rented together. Both have several large flat screen tvs (each house has a 43" smart tv), hot tubs (indoor in the larger house, the cottage has one outdoor), AC, outdoor fire pit, wireless, cable, wood burning fireplace in the larger house and gas fireplace in the cottage and the larger house has a pool table, and jacuzzi in the master bedroom.There are two docks and a deck on beautiful Lake Harmony, and they are about a 5 minute walk to popular restaurants and night spots. The property is minutes from JFBB and Split Rock Resort.As for the beds in the larger house, the master on top level has a king, the loft area with a single, two bedrooms on the main level, each with a queen and bunk bed (one bunk bed has a full on the bottom), the bedroom on the game room level has 1 single and one day bed with a trundle (so sleeps 3).In the cottage two bedrooms have queens, one room with 2 singles and one bedroom with one bunk bed and one single (so will sleep 3) and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchens are perfect for cooking for large families or groups, including breakfast bars with seating for 3, and have a stove, oven & microwave.The kitchens are fully equipped with everything you need to cook, eat and drink. Off of the kitchen is the dining room area that has a 8’ dining room table that can seat up to 10. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience in each house.The property is located about 1 mile to Big Boulder, 4 miles to Jack Frost and 2 miles from the H20 indoor water park and the Galleria at Split Rock. The property is minutes from numerous activities such as horseback riding, paintball, hiking, white water rafting, fishing, hunting, mountain biking, shopping, and golf. Lake Harmony is located 90 miles from NYC & Philadelphia. Lake Harmony is a private powerboat lake that permits fishing, power boating (If you are bringing your boat, please call for a copy of the registration form) , water skiing, sailing and jet skiing (there are no jet ski rentals).You can swim off the docks that are right in front of the property. Views are amazing. Shopping outlets, Hickory Run State Park, Jim Thorpe (a city steeped in history) all within 30 minutes of house.Mid 20s OR OLDER. NO PROM OR HIGH SCHOOL GROUPS. Had a group of nine for a three night stay over the Cardboard Classic weekend. The property was nothing less than perfect. The two homes on one property were great. The location was perfect for walking to the restaurants and nightlife. We will definitely consider this for next year's event!!

We really enjoyed our time at this house and cottage. The owner was very responsive and provided all information that you need to enjoy your vacation. Check in process was very easy with coded locks on both the main house and cottage. Houses were clean and well stocked with dishes, utensils etc. we really enjoyed the pool table. Location on the lake was perfect!
My family enjoyed the house and all it had to offer! We even had a black bear in our backyard one day! The cottage has an amazing view of the lake!! The location was great...stores and restaurants nearby. Barry was always prompt in responding when I had a question. Before we left, my family asked if we could come back next summer.

We rented this property to celebrate my mother in law’s 89 birthday. There were 18 of us so the 2 homes were perfect. The property is in a great location right on the lake. We spent a lot of time on the big deck, which was especially nice for viewing the sunsets. We had a fire in the fire pit every night which was wonderful. We will definitely be coming back and would rent this property again.
Both the main house and the cottage were lovely and we were all very comfortable there for our family gathering.
This house is as described, Barry the owner is a great guy informative and thorough great for a family getaway where ages range, the cottage, and the main house are a great mix! We would stay at this house again!
