This private pool home is located in Solterra Resort, a beautiful community resort amenities and located near Disney World. Spacious and modern, this home features a Great Room where the entire company can come together in their separate activities. It includes a plush sofa group with a TV, a formal dining table seating 6, and an ultra-modern kitchen with granite countertops, all stainless steel appliances, and barstool seating for 4 by the island. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a gas stove for homecooked meals.
The 2 master suites downstairs both have ensuite bathrooms. A half-bath has direct access to the pool deck and lanai.
The loft on the second floor provides more comfy seating with a TV. From here you access the upstairs bedrooms, like the superhero-themed room that includes both a bunk bed and an extra full bed with ensuite bathroom. The upstairs master suite bathroom has extra access to the loft. There is a second king bedroom upstairs and a themed kids' bedroom with 2 twin beds.
The private pool is screened in and includes 4 sunloungers and a dinner table that seats 6 for meals al fresco. For a complete home-away-from-home experience you have a separate laundry room with a full washer & dryer, and iron & iron board.
