The first floor features an open floor plan living area with a built-in gas fireplace and a DVD/monitor with surround sound, a dining area with both a breakfast bar and a separate dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, plus a laundry cubby with a full size washer and dryer, one bedroom with 1-king sized bed, and an en-suite master bathroom with a two compartment sink, a large glass enclosed shower, a separate soaker tub, plus an additional compartment with another wash basin and toilet. Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals one bedroom with 1-king sized bed, another bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, and one full bathroom. Just outside the rear entrance is a brand new composite deck with a new hot tub, and an outdoor gas grill. This pet-friendly family vacation home will sleep up to 6-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy).PLEASE NOTE: WiFi service is now available in our area, and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WiFi SERVICE fails to function properly. The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! Reservations: Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. The person making the reservations must be at least 23 years of age, ID required at time of check-in. Upon confirmation of reservation from Mt. Baker Lodging (reservations@mtbakerlodging.com), a packet of information will be sent to the guest with information and directions. An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival, and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due-date.
