The master bedroom is equipped with a new Temper-pedic type KING size bed and has a full bathroom with shower (at grade). Enjoy the new luxury linens, a new 50" 4k HDTV with surround sound and ceiling fan in this room as well.
The second bedroom has a new Temper-pedic type QUEEN size bed, new luxury linens, a new 43" 4k HDTV with surround sound and ceiling fan... it's light filled bathroom has a shower/tub combination.
The third bedroom is a "Bunk Room" with two brand new Temper-pedic type TWIN over FULL bunk beds that can easily sleep 4 people total. The kids will enjoy the new 43" 4k HDTV with surround sound, new luxury lines and ceiling fan. This room is located on the other side of the house for added privacy to accommodate children or a second family. The large bathroom features a walk-in shower and direct pool access (without walking through the entire house).
The open concept kitchen, with large island, is equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances that include a side-by side refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and Keurig coffee machine. The kitchen is also fully stocked with silverware/pots/pans, etc. so that you can fully enjoy all of the comforts of your home away from home.
Don't worry about over packing because your vacation home comes equipped with a high-quality stacked washer/dryer unit, an ironing board and electric iron.
Sink into the brand new over-sized sleeper sectional sofa in the large family room. Kick back to enjoy a movie with the entire family on the new 55" HDTV with surround sound.... or take a nap while streaming tunes to the bluetooth soundbar.
Ready to take in some sun? Enjoy to the over-sized 12 x 24 solar HEATED pool which is 4' to 6' deep and surrounded by a privacy fenced in yard. The pool is maintained by a pool company on a weekly basis so there is no need to worry about anything!
