I spent a week at the Sunrise it was very central and very comfortable.The place was clean and right across from the beach. I would stay there again.I had a great time in the pool after coming from the beach. There were a lot of restaurants in walking distance.One of the best features is it has it\'s own parking space.

My husband and I wanted a place right on the beach and that\'s exactly what we got. We didn\'t rent a car and really didn\'t feel like we needed to. (Cab ride to the airport was only 10 minutes and the everglade tour we took came and picked us up.) The unit was quiet when we wanted quiet and yet steps from all the restaurants, shops and activities to keep us busy. We also loved being within a couple of blocks from the intracoastal waterway. The unit was clean and everything a guest could want was at the ready down to beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. The price was very very reasonable and the owners very kind. We would certainly stay again.
This is the ideal location. Next to the beach and walking distance to the many eateries. The apartment was exactly as advertised and it is well maintained, clean and fresh. I was really impressed with the prompt response from the owners when I contacted them with questions about future reservations. I definitely will recommend this property to all my friends and I can\'t wait for my next visit. Well Done !

This is great place to stay! Great location, steps away from the broadwalk, close to shops and restaurants. The unit was very clean and comfortable! The pool is wonderful and the BBQ grill is steps away from your front door! Very friendly atmosphere!
our stay was everything we expected. condo was clean and updated. Close to the beach and Boardwalk activities. Owner was available by phone if needed. Pool was updated and clean. Definatly will return for another getaway with my wife. Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for relaxation

This property is a great location for the Hollywood beach area. It is very convenient to the boardwalk, beach, restaurants and airport. The unit is clean and well equipped. There is also ample storage for a studio. Having a reserved, free parking spot is a real plus! The complex is well cared for with a lovely pool. Most of the other guests/residents were French speaking and very friendly. For someone who enjoys cooking, the only possible downside is the small prep space in the kitchen area - not a big deal for a week or for someone who doesn\'t like to cook at home. Gail was very accommodating and always quick to respond. It was helpful to have a lock box as we arrived well after midnight. We would definitely stay at this property again!
Very nice, clean unit. Pool is amazing snd grownds are well tsking csre off, and only 2 minutes walk to the beach. Thank you Gail for a bottle of wine as a welcome present!!! We defenetely will return.
The property was very clean and well maintained and is just right for the perfect get away for vacationing and relaxing. There are also lots of restaurants within walking distance to choose from. I would certainly recommend to anyone who is looking for a good beach apartment.
This little studio has a laid-back, beachy vibe with all the comforts of home. Being steps from the beach and boardwalk means no sitting in traffic or fussing with directions; everything you could want is right here! Nice relaxing pool for the days you want to chill and do nothing. We will be back…
