A Great Family Haven! This 2-story gothic arch design cabin tastefully combines modern convenience with rustic charm. Upon entering, you’ll be greeted by a wide hallway with a sitting/gear storage area, laundry cubby featuring a new full-size washer and dryer, (perfect for laundering the duds after a long day on the trail) a completely remodeled ¾-bath with dual wash basins, a completely remodeled open and airy kitchen with higher-end stainless appliances including a dishwasher, a generous sized island prep station and breakfast bar, and plenty of counter space. There’s also an open living/dining area with an additional dining table, plus a freestanding wood stove (firewood provided), a “smart” flat screen monitor, and there’s even a beverage chiller! Just outside the living room French doors you find a small deck with an outdoor electronic start charcoal BBQ (because it’s always BBQ season!). Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals a large open loft with two twin-over full-sized bunkbeds. All this, combined with new wood plank flooring throughout! This pet-friendly (2 Pet Maximum No Exceptions), WIFI equipped, and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 6-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy).
The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, and nature viewing. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!

Reservations: Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. The person making the reservations must be at least 23 years of age, ID required at time of check-in. Upon confirmation of reservation from Mt. Baker Lodging (reservations@mtbakerlodging.com), a packet of information will be sent to the guest with information and directions. An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival, and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due-date. Payments: We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express as forms of payment. Sorry, NO personal checks. Check-In: All guests must stop at our office in Maple Falls.
