We are an American-Dutch couple now living in Europe due to our work. My spring and summer vacations were in Ocean Village; our children and grandchildren now enjoy the condo when they are free to vacation.
Ocean Village is a GREAT vacation spot for a family: the beautiful beach, the swimming pools, the mini golf, the golf course, the tennis courts (lit in the evening), the gym, the library, etc. etc. and all these amenities on beautifully landscaped grounds within a secure, gated community. Kids are free to roam and chill and when the children enjoy their vacation, the parents actually get one themselves! Relaxed and beautiful yet close to all the Florida fun!
It is also the PERFECT winter escape! we have had guests from all over the North East of America and from Canada. They have enjoyed not only the climate but also all the wonderful activities and events of the community and the neighborhood.
A GOLFER'S paradise! The community has a 9 hole par three course (our balcony looks out over the 4th green) but just down the street is the Award-winning Fairwinds 18 hole Course: no membershoip needed; tee times can be booked online.
And did we mention the shopping? Florida's outlet malls are right around the corner as are the very, very upmarket shopping centers of Vero and Palm Beach. Quaint downtown Stuart is just 15 minutes away, a marvelous combination of upmarket specialty shops and fine dining.
Our fifth floor unit is two bedroom/two bath, has a complete kitchen, a washer & dryer, three televisions and free high speed wifi access. Free parking. Bed and beach linnens are included. We keep it uncluttered - there is room to move! The view from the balcony is gorgeous.
The price quoted is ALL-INCLUSIVE (all amenities, state, county and city tourist taxes); the cleaning fee is as quoted. A security deposit is refunded promptly when the unit has been found to be in good condition by our handyman on duty, Lisa Perez who will welcome you and assist you throughout your stay.
It has been called the best kept secret of Florida's Treasure Coast: Hutchinson Island! Long sandy beaches, the great Atlantic and the Indian River Waterways where the dolphins and manatees love to play and greet visitors. Historic Fort Pierce has been lovingly restored in recent years. Cafes, restaurants and our favorite Italian bakery! On Saturdays there is a terrific farmer's market with fresh produce, wonderful snacls, arts and crafts, even live music.
Our condo is equidistant from the international airports of Orlando and Miami so you can google for the very best travel deals. The theme parks, Space center and Everglades are all perfect day trips as is wonderful South Beach in Miami. So much to do and yet it is also the perfect location to do absolutely nothing! Just hit the pool and the beach, or both!

No smoking. No pets. We draw up a short term rental agreement for your signature. This includes our cancellation policies. A deposit is required to make a reservation definite. A security deposit ($350) is also required which is promptly returned when the unit is found to be in good condition following departure. A cleaning fee of $120 is charged per stay. We collect taxes for the state of Florida and the County of St. Lucie as dictated by law. |
