I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The condo was clean and comfortable and the location, close to the Town Center, is very convenient. There are many activities to choose from and the residents are very friendly. Tom and Cheryl were very helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend this location.
This very clean and comfortable condo is ideally located in a very friendly over-55 community. It's all about location: from the front of the condo, you see a pond. In the rear is the master bedroom and lanai, which overlook four palms trees which look close enough to touch. The master bedroom opens onto the lanai which overlooks the nature preserve. Its a short walk to the nature preserve, where we saw a large number of birds, turtles, ducks, otters, etc. The view is great and the condo is a short walk to the Town Center, where there a large variety of activities available to renters as well as owners. Loved my stay in this condo.
Pelican Preserve is a beautiful place to stay. We liked that this condo is located near the entrance and the town center. Many activities offered This condo is comfortable and clean. The only change would be to have a king size bed in the master bedroom.
