This ground floor and very spacious Beach Garden Studio condo sleeps 4 adults comfortably and has a two queen-size beds, a walk-in closet, one full modern bathroom, a nice-sized fully equipped modern kitchenette and a modern 4-seat breakfast table. This very spacious unit provides you with 650 sq.ft. of living space, plus there is a 400 sq. feet private terrace with patio furniture and garden area which is just a few feet away from one of the resort’s large swimming pools, and has a nice ocean view through the property’s lush landscaping. This unit is one of the few studio condo at this resort that offers semi-private washer/dryer facility (=shared with next door’s Beach Garden One-bedroom condo, locked on both sides)!

 

Free broadband wireless Internet, cable TV, a high-definition flatscreen TV, a DVD player and an iPod compatible stereo set (bring your iPod if you have one!) are all available for your extra comfort. This unit is located in the Eagle (=beach-side) building on the gound floor (adjoining to the Beach Garden One-bedroom condo). – Sleeps max 4.

 

The facilities include three large swimming pools, a kiddy pool, two gyms, men’s and women’s saunas, a business center, a kids playroom, a game hall, a squash court, a racquetball court and two tennis courts. Wonderful landscaping on the premises. Enjoy the tranquility of the resort and stroll on the beautiful beach in front of the complex.
