The location couldn’t be better. The apartment was clean and spacious. I highly recommend stopping in at ophelia’s electric soapbox. Unique live music venue
Plenty of room in a very convenient location. Within walking distance to downtown Denver. We used the provided hybrid bikes for a trip to Golden. Denver is a bike-friendly town. The apartment was well equipped and clean. We would highly recommend.
Great location, great space! If you plan on cooking at all make sure to pick up basic condiments. Close by to awesome restaurants and great hiking.
Very well appointed. Good (for us) location. Very quiet
From the moment you walk in, you get the feeling of 'home'. The condo was decorated beautifully, the furniture was large and comfortable and the best part was it was immaculate! We enjoyed every ounce this property had to offer from sipping coffie on our private deck to writing in our travel journal on the soft leather sofa. Everything was that of 5 star accomodations in an excellent location! Try it!
Awesome condo! Everything was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The location is perfect. Your close enough to downtown to walk, but the light rail is also right there if you feel like a ride. We will be back! Thank you so much
What a beautiful condo! This authentic rowhouse has been beautifully and authentically rehabbed from the hardware floors to the beautiful crown molding. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops and top of the line appliances. The furnishings are tasteful, comfortable and immaculate with a leather sofa and chair and a superb king size bed. The decorating is beautiful. The owner is a fantastic photographer, and it was a joy to get the chance to view his exquisite photos throughout the house. There is a deck that is lit for twilight dinners prepared on a top of the line grill. The owners also provide bikes, which we did not have the opportunity to use unfortunately, and air conditioning for summer visits such as ours (102 for three straight days!). This is a great Denver "home away from home."
A beautifully decorated condo with great amenities, including wifi and two bikes. We enjoyed riding the bikes (on trails for the most part) to the REI Starbucks where there is a lovely patio overlooking the Platte river. Also walked over to Coor’s field for a ball game. The Tattered Cover in LoDo is a must for book lovers. Curtis Park is a neighborhood that has for the most part been brought back from hard times. In addition to new development, a number of the historic old homes have not only escaped the wrecking ball but have been restored to their original grandeur.
We really enjoyed our stay in the condo. It had everything we needed and then some. Nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. Convenient routes and access to the downtown area both by car or light rail three blocks away. We would stay at this condo again.
We rented the condo for a total of three months. It was ideal for our needs. It is extremely comfortable and met all of our needs. It was extremely convenient to downtown, grocery stores, shopping and parks. I used the bikes and went along several of the trails. I would highly recommend the unit whether you needed overnight or long-term lodging.
What a great place! Clean, comfortable, nicely appointed and well stocked. Thanks for being so generous with your bikes & grill. Had a wonderful time exploring LoDo and visiting our family in Denver for the week.
September '09 - My boyfriend and I loved our weeklong stay at this wonderful home, we kept saying to each other "What a gem of a find this place is"! We were very impressed! It was more comfortable than a hotel, like having our own little vacation home with no maid knocking on the door saying "cleaning woman". We'll remember it forever. Thanks,
On the last leg of a 3 week trip: Sarasota,Fl, Santa Fe, NM and a road trip up through Colorado (eating our way through would be more appropriate!) before heading back to Portinao, Algrave-Portugal! This apartment was a great place to spreadout and relax after all this travelling.
Your place was exactly what we were looking for. Close to the Convention Center, as we were exhibiting at the Sportsmans Show, Restaurants, taverns, etc. But much more comfortable and clean than the hotels we generally stay in! Also really appreciated the wonderful "Art" work. Art has a knack for photography. Nice to see how private rentals work in other parts of the country as we have a similar business in NE Minnesota next to the Boundary Waters Wilderness. elylodging . com
Wonderful Home away from Home. We were here with our two daughters under the age of two. It was good to have room for them to stretch out and a kitchen to prepare meals & snacks. We went to the zoo and it was perfect to come home and warm up by the fire :-) We sure do hope to stay again when we want to have more adventures in Denver.
The condo was absolutely perfect for our visit to Colorado and made for a wonderful home away from home. We especially enjoyed the photography decorating the walls. Thank you for the hospitality. We were in town for our best friend's weddding and will leave here with cherished memories.
My husband & I enjoyed your condo for our 30th anniversary April 18, 2010. Loved the Open Doors to Denver that weekend. Ate at Buck Horns and walked around Denver. Thanks for letting us enjoy the comforts of home at your condo. Please feel welcome to come to Branson, MO VRBO 27126. David & Ermajean
What a wonderful place! The perfect accomodation for us as it is close to alll the things we love about Denver. It also provided the peace and quiet we were looking for on our get away form the regular hustle and bustle of life.Looking forward to staying again during baseball season! Thanks for sharing your place with us -- it is a treasure. The book you put together for your guests is very helpful. Two places we found you might want to try-
I was pleasantly surprised with how quaint and peaceful this little townhome was. The property is fairly close to downtown, although it takes a cab to really get into the area (no more than $10). The bed was really comfy and the ceiling fans are a plus. The extra locks on each door helped make me feel extra secure, as a solo traveler. And the little notebook they provide with information about the area is extremely helpful. I had 2 different people visit me during my stay and they were each impressed with the place. I would definitely stay at this property again in the future.
We stayed here for ten nights in January while while working at the Sportsmen's and Denver Boat shows. The proximity to downtown was more than convenient and the advantage of having a "home" versus a hotel room enab led us to relax when we were not at the shows. The old world charm set in an urban setting was a perfect mix for us. We found this place to have everything we needed to feel like we were at home. The kitchen was stocked well with all necessary items to create several great meals. The fireplace was wonderful! We loved the ability to have the warmth and ambiance that it provided with a click of the remote. We did not have a chance to use the bikes - too much snow - but they looked like they would have been a real plus for getting out and about. We would definitely stay agaiin if the opportunity arises.
Alll the wonderful things said about the condo are true - accomodations, location, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed touring downtown Denver via bicycle (wonderful bikes with the condo!), walking, and the train/RTD. Snooze (restaurant) is a must for breakfast. Note to get there early to avoid a long wait. We also had a delightful breakfast at the Gregory Inn, the bed and breakfast managed by Stephen.
My wife and I stayed here in early September for two nights and only wish it could have been two weeks. This recently renovated property has beautiful hardwood floors throughout, a state of the art kitchen and an outstandingly comfortable king sized bed. We were a little slow on the uptake and did not discover until the second night that the light switches in the living room and kitchen had small adjacent dimmer switches so be sure to look for them. The conversion of large older homes to condos is still going on in the area where the condo is located and some homes in the area need to be painted and cleaned up so it is a neighborhood in transition. There is a pre-school a couple of blocks down the street.
"To VRBO and Stephen of the Gregory Inn - Thank you so much for providing amazing service and such a lovely, quiet, yet accessible lovely place to stay during our visit. We will do our best to book with you when we are in Denver for any events. I attended a conference at the convention center and my husband worked on his computer at the condo during the day. We loved the quiet neighborhood and the home was so roomy and cozy at the same time. It was a much better option than a hotel with more room and more privacy. The furniture was very comfortable and the bed gave us the best night sleep! We were so comfortable we slept through the alrarm twice. The condo was so well equipped. Our only regret is that we did not have time to use the bikes. We wish all VRBO rentals were as nice as this! We recommend this home to anyone coming to Denver."
Stayed here the week after Christmas through New Years while visiting our grandson for his 1st birthday. Our son and daughter both live in Denver. Great place-great location! We enjoyed the fireplace, although the weather was perfect. Well maintained and very clean. Did not get to use the bikes which are great-hope to do that in a future stay. Stephen, who owns the Gregory Inn and manages this unit is most helpful. We use VRBO frequently and we highly recommend this unit in Denver. We will stay again on our next trip to Denver.
We stayed here for a week in April while we took care of personal business in Denver. Sooo much better than a tiny hotel room. The house itself is very clean and attractive, in a nice residential neighborhood and convenient to everything. Kitchen and bath were well stocked; great king bed. We had everything we needed, including a lovely outdoor deck with grill and eating area in the back to relax in the evenings. Only minutes from the great restaurants and activities in LoDo and downtown wih plenty of parking. Stephen was very helpful in getting us settled in and explaining how everything worked. (Thanks, Stephen!) We'd definitely return.
We loved being so near to downtown and having the use of bikes, which we used both days of our stay. The apartment was comfortable and met our needs. I would stay there again.
Recently stayed here for a long weekend and will look to stay here again. Close to downtown and the bikes are a big bonus. Nice kitchen and gas grill on the deck. You need to get familiar with the surroundings and the owner points that out by telling you that you are in an urban environment.
We had a wonderful stay here in Denver! So much to do, so much to see! I wish we were here for another week. The bikes were such a luxury, best way to get around. Went to many breweries while here (Denver Beer Company, Divide Brewing, etc.) and had lots of yummy food as well.
Really enjoyed the deck for coffee/BF. Unit is clean and comfortable. Great location to Coors Field and many DT attractions. Bikes are a plus!
Great little house. It was convenient to the arts district. Clean. There were some minor issues (DVD player wasn't working, garbage disposal out of order, door locks were a little challenging) but overall didn't effect our stay and it was a great little house.
My husband and I spent ten days here. It took awhile to get used to the neighborhood just because of all the construction as well as homeless people. But, in time, we enjoyed our walks to Larimer to the restaurants and market. The inside of the condo was comfy and cozy. I certainly would keep coffee beans/grounds available for guests as well as a selection of sugars. I also would maintain the front of the unit better. Looks "untidy" and you track all the fallen leaves into the house. We swept the porch and front steps area just to make it more pleasing to the eye. But, I'm a neat freak so this may not bother anyone else. All in all, a nice residence and enjoyable stay.
What a nice central location, we could walk everywhere! Unfortunately we didn't make use of the bikes (and that was an attractive factor in deciding on this place!). Easy check-in and check-out. Spotless house, cozy back patio & quiet neighborhood (yes, there were homeless about but we had no issues). Thanks for sharing Denver!
What a wonderful place to spend our honeymoon! It truly was a home away from home. We sampled the local fare at Ignite, Biker Jim’s Gourmet Dogs, Snooze, Breckenridge Brewery, & Marios (Our fav!). We also spent a fair amount of time at local breweries here in Denver & Longmont/Boulder/Fort Collins. We loved that all of it was in walking distance! We plan to come back for anniversary trips for many years to come! Thank you again for the home away from home.
One of the best...Convienent, comfortable, clean, everything to make it feel like home. Would definiely stay there again
The purpose of our weekend was to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and my wife’s 50th birthday. We have lived in the Denver area for the last 28 years and have never done the downtown tourist adventure. This property is so perfectly close to Denver it couldn’t be better. If I had a place in downtown Denver it would be exactly like this. Everything was clean neat and comfortable. The kind or high end classy rich persons abode everyone dreams of. We will be staying here again. The owners truly care about their guest having a quality experience and it shows in every detail.
I got this rental in Denver for my son as a gift and he had the best time ever. He loved the set up of the place, the location and riding the bikes! It was very comfortable, clean, quiet and a great place to rest as well as be close to all to visit. He had the best time ever and used it to unwind and relax!!! The owner was great to work with and made it very easy to rent his place. Overall it was a great experience!!!
Wonderful location. Beautiful house. Roomy and had everything we needed. I can't wait to return!
My husband and I spend a couple of nights in this lovely small home in Denver's Curtis Park historic district. We live in Fort Collins (just 1 1/4 hours north) but have been looking for a place to stay in Denver when we want to enjoy the restaurant scene and not drive home. This was a perfect place. It is clean, very nicely decorated and convenient. Our stay was in December and a nice, small gas fireplace in the living area added to comfort and atmosphere. We will definitely return. Our fouray into the dining scene included Twelve Restaurant which we loved - quiet, close, outstanding food in reasonably sized portions and lovely atmosphere. Our other night was spent at Rioja which was different in that it seems to be an "in" place and was very noisy. The venison and duck were both outstanding but heavier meals than Twelve. All in all a great time.
A welcoming, convenient space with all of the amenities to make our stay in Denver great!
This rental was everything it was advertised to be. Very cute, clean and complete!!!!! Great neighbor eateries made it extra charming. Will definitely come back on another visit to Denver.
The condo was perfect for us. A nice amount of space. We really enjoyed using the bicycles for a bike tour of Denver. The little back deck was private and really a nice place to sit in the sun. The condo is even located close to where our son lives. It was so nice that we will plan our next trip to Denver only when the condo is available.
We had a great stay at this location... it was very comfortable, clean and welcoming. We were able to relax and see the sites of Denver.
LOVED the condo, great patio out back, excellent location, great property manager, all around excellent place to stay in Denver!
Very nice house with excellent location. Was at conference and was able to ride bike to convention center, close to downtown and in a pretty good location. Bed was king size and comfortable, had a few problems with TV that were fixed.
My husband and I stayed here for a week (July 2 - July 8). Stephen was great to work with and met us upon arrival for a tour of the property. The condo is spacious for a one-bedroom and has everything you will need - including a washer and dryer! The back deck is fabulous and we spent a lot of time relaxing in the nice weather. From this condo, we walked to downtown for dining and shopping, we walked to Coors Field for a baseball game and walked the neighborhood. I would highly recommend this condo and we will definitely be back!
We are people of very few words...This little house was excellent for our stay. It is close to some of the breweries, walkable to the ball park, great restaurants and conveniences close by. We had everything we needed and plenty of room for the two of us. Our host Stephen was awesome! Very helpful!! Thanks for a great stay!
The apartment was as described, and was in a great, central location. Everything worked and was in excellent condition. The bed and sheets were comfy, the bathroom was large and accommodating. The living room and kitchen were well-appointed and comfortable. There were even take-out suggestions and notes left by previous guests. All in all, we would rent it again in a heartbeat. BTW, check out the Curtis Street Deli. It's less than a block away and they make some great sandwiches. We ate there twice during our stay it was so good!
Very nice accommodations, comfortable, clean, great service. Great that people do what they say they will do. Close to down town and all it has to offer. I would recommend and plan to stay here again when in Denver.
"We really enjoyed our stay in your wonderful condo. In town for GABF week. We toured many breweries and pubs and was the perfect place for excursions to Fort Collins and Boulder. Hope to visit again soon. Thanks so much.
This place was perfect for our stay in Denver for the Rock N' Roll marathon! Close and convenient to downtown! We used the provided bikes every single day to get ourselves around. The interior of the condo was just as clean and comfortable as pictured. Would definitely stay here again.
Location was very accessible / walkable to Larimer Square and other hot areas in the city. The bikes were great in allowing us to explore even more. Biking around the city is great, especially with all the bike trails along the river. The house itself was very cozy, cute, and clean. Steven was very helpful in getting us set up. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend this unit.
very nicely appointed apartment, well kept, beautiful photos on wall by owner. the neighborhood is also worth investigating but it is a short tram ride or long walk to downtown, including convention center.
We were in Denver for our daughter's volleyball tournament. The kitchen was great, the location was also good (easy train to downtown, it's free if you're going to the shopping area!) and the bikes were also handy. We would stay there again.
My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights during our first trip to Colorado. Stephen is an asset, and we greatly appreciated his patience as our flights were delayed and we arrived to check-in much later than our expected arrival time. He even helped us get a quite reasonable price on a rental car, while we were there. We'll be coming back and staying at the same condo, next visit, and here's why: This condo has EVERYTHING you need to feel comfortable and have a fun time in Denver. The bikes were wonderful to get around Downtown, with ample restaurants close by for yummy eats and so many interesting places to visit. I loved that there was even a blow-dryer in the condo, so I wouldn't have to haul my heavy one in my luggage. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals and brew fresh coffee. The WiFi had a strong signal. The unit was very clean, and the photographs on the wall were a beautiful complement to a well designed condo. The back deck had string lights across the top, which only made us make certain that we get back this Denver condo during the warmer months so we could grill and sit outside and enjoy an evening meal. We absolutely loved this place! The surround sound made for a fun music-listening experience while cooking meals. The interstate is so close-by that we were able to hop on and get to the Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge, Red Rocks Park, Colorado Springs, and Boulder in no time. How convenient! Thank you to the owners and property managers for maintaining such a beautiful place and sharing it with others. We felt so lucky to have found such a perfect place. It is a treasure.
A great spot close to downtown and our two daughters. We had the family over for a backyard barbeque and it was wonderful. Comfortable bed and everything you needed to make this place feel like home.
We enjoyed this great house in a perfect location. The condo is nicely decorated and has a very comfortable bed. It was great to have the bikes to explore the neighborhoods, especially the breweries. (we liked the Great Dividebrewery) For breakfast we recommend the Crema Coffee House on Larimer Street.
My husband and I recently stayed here and loved it! It was in the city, but tucked away on a quiet street. The place is decorated nice and was very clean. We would definitely stay here again!
October 22, 2015 to October 26, 2015, what a great place in the heart of Denver for our 4-night stay! So much better than a hotel. We are here mainly to see our 2-year-old granddaughter, down from Bellingham, Washington. The bikes are such a great added perk. A very nice clean comfortable town home just ideal for a couple. Hope you keep it going because we will be back.
We really enjoyed this town home. It's nicely furnished and well stocked. The home has a great little deck with BBQ and overhead lights, out back. And the location is about a mile from Larimer Square and all the downtown hotspots. Communication with Austin, the manager, was easy and he was great too.
This was a very clean and well equipped apartment. Close to downtown and very easy check in/check out. I highly recommend this place!
This home was perfect for our stay. It had everything we needed and then some; very thoughtful preparation for guests. Everything was immaculate and nicely updated. The owner's photography was great, too. The back patio was a great place to relax and unwind. We could walk or ride bikes to wherever we wanted to go - the bikes were fabulous! The neighborhood was adorable and the blooming tulips everywhere were gorgeous. The breweries, coffee shops, restaurants, boutique stores and new businesses opening up - there's a little electricity in the air in this neighborhood that is stimulating yet relaxing.
The high ceilings, in this unit, make you feel as though you have stepped back in time. The modern finishes and comfortable bed will make you not want to leave. The lay out is perfect and the back porch is heavenly! Our search is over for a place to stay while in Denver. It is PERFECT!
We loved staying here. Perfect for two. We walked to breakfast and dinner and biked to lunch. Unit is well stocked. Even had some leftover coffee. Play attention to Austin s dining suggestions.
August 18, 2016 Art and Pam - thank you so much for sharing your lovely condo with us. This was our first visit to Denver and was a great escape from the Texas heat.Loved having coffee on the patio each morning. The location was so convenient! Walked to Coors Field for a game. Work&Class for dinner (lamb and empanadas were amazing). Crema Coffee for breakfast, and a couple breweries (Epic was a favorite) Highly recommend trip to Boulder to hike the Flat irons and visit Avery Brewery. Rocky Mountain National Park spectacular of course. Our favorite breakfast spot was Jelly Cafe - fun environment and great food !
August 1, 2016 - Spent the past 13 days in this beautifully appointed condo. I felt at home. The area is perfectly easy to get around town and fantastic places to eat within walking distance. Sugar Mill for breakfast!!! This is been an incredible experience! Thank you to Austin for taking care of every little detail.
Great location, wonderful one bedroom, one bath unit. Close to downtown with bicycles available to ride on bike paths into downtown Denver. The house was comfortable and quiet. We had a wonderful experience with the property manager Austin, helpful and a good resource. I would highly recommend this quaint cozy house.
Loved my stay. Went for a weekend and the property was a perfect location. Minutes from downtown and the property manager was very helpful and courteous. I highly recommend this property to future visitors of Denver. Very clean and well-kept. You won't be disappointed.
Great property for 2 people. The location was perfect-close to the city and walking distance to tons of fantastic restaurants!!! We will be back????
Really enjoyed the stay. Nice place and Austin was very helpful.
The condo was everything we were looking for. Great location (close to LoDo, walking distance to Central Market...), newly renovated, has all the ammentities (bikes, full kitchen, comfy king sized bed, patio.) Austin was very easy to work with and we look forward to staying there again soon.
Perfect location behind all the bars in rino, work and class, los chingones, etc. The back patio was perfect for hanging out and the bed was huge!
Plenty of room for a couple Street parking was not an issue Well situated and close to downtown
This was a great location and enjoyed walking to nearby eateries. The patio was great. The host was available to welcome us with tips on local restaurants.
We enjoyed our stay !!!
We had a very nice stay in this condo and plan to return the next time we visit Denver. Our priority was finding a clean and quiet place that we could walk to restaurants, etc. and this row house fit the bill. We'd certainly recommend it.
Very nice one bedroom condo near downtown Denver. Well maintained and comfortable.
Beautifully renovated home, very comfortable and well equipped. Will book again if I have the opportunity. Walking distance to great restaurants and bars/brewpubs.
We stayed over labor day weekend for our anniversary and everything was great. The bikes are a great perk too.
This is our second visit to this property for what has become our annual trip to Denver. The operator handles all check in’s to make sure guests are all settled in (even at almost midnight when our flight got in). The home is the perfect size and location for a trip of any length. The area is close to downtown but dead quiet to sleep. The best of both worlds.
The location was great and every detail from decor to personal items was perfect!
perfect place in a perfect area of Denver! will be back!
The condo has everything you need. It's warm and clean and the bed was comfortable. If we are ever back in Denver we would stay again.
Loved our rental! Great location with dining and shopping blocks away. Comfy bed and plenty of parking. Perfect for our short stay in Denver. We will return!
This was my 4th time to stay at this townhome. I love the proximity to downtown, all the restaurants and bars within walking distance. The rental is clean and private. Nice to have the private deck out back. Will always stay here when visiting Denver.
This adorable condo was the perfect place for me to stay while attending a class in Denver. There are lots of restaurants and bars nearby on Larimer St if you're into that sort of thing! I made use of both Instacart and Primenow for grocery deliveries instead. Quick walk to the light rail station or if you're up for it it's about a 20-25 minute walk to downtown. The bed is comfy, the unit was spotless and I enjoyed spending my evenings reading by the gas fireplace. Austin checked me in on my arrival and made sure I was set up with coffee and breakfast recommendations for the morning which was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again!
Very accommodating, had everything my husband and I needed. The bikes were an added touch that were greatly appreciated. Austin, the property manager, met us at the townhouse to go over everything and provided some great recommendations for local restaurants/bars/stores. Would definitely recommend!
Very comfortable and nicely appointed. The property has everything you could need. We plan to return!
Property is very comfortable, well decorated, and contains everything needed to make your stay easy. I’ve already booked future dates!
Perfectly sized for a couple, with a comfortable bedroom, good kitchen, nice living room/lounge area and back deck for enjoying the sunshine. Just steps from the River North arts district and galleries, breweries, restaurants and public art and parks. Great location to explore, easy access to bike infrastructure and public transit.
Great place, very clean and well furnished. Very easy check in. Very convenient to all Denver
This unit is a great price, wonderful location, and consists of everything needed for a comfortable stay.
We really enjoyed our stay. So close to a lot of great restaurants and breweries. The house was decorated well and had everything we could have asked for. We will definitely look at this property again for a future trip. Thank you so much for everything!!
We loved our stay here. Its was very cute, well maintained, great price, and its in the heart of five points area! Very comfortable, quiet, and close to everything. Communication was great and checking in and out was easy! Would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much!
I cannot say enough about this place! Super clean, in a great neighborhood, and convenient to everything. They had everything we needed to make our trip successful! Thanks again for sharing your home with us!
We loved the location of this 1 bedroom/1bath Condo. The Condo was exceptionally clean, well decorated, beautiful photos, plenty of room, very comfortable. One of the nicest places we've stayed in Denver. We totally enjoyed it and would definitely stay there again on another visit.
