This luxurious villa has all you need to live the Florida lifestyle, it feels just like a home from home. Enjoying 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 cloakrooms & 30' heated swimming pool & spa. Over 2750 sq ft of living space, master bedroom with en-suite, queen bedroom & 3 twin bedrooms, which share 2 further bathrooms. In the games room there is a pool table, air hockey table, a table football, a basketball hoop and a children loft area with TV & DVD.The living accommodation consists of a family room with cathedral ceiling overlooked from above.There is a formal lounge & dining area. There is another dining table in the kitchen nook area plus breakfast bar seating for 3. In the patio outside you will find chairs, table, sun loungers with a 30' heated swimming pool & Jacuzzi.

We accept long & short term bookings. All taxes are included in the rates. 10% discount for three weeks or more rentals periods. $150 booking deposit per week, non refundable. $250 security deposit taken on your credit card by owners on arrival. Balance due 8 weeks before arrival when possible. Migratory retirees welcome. Open to offers on last-minute rentals. Pool heating is $30 USD per night stay. Firstly I was very impressed with Declans communication, very clear and concise and all information was as described and easy to access the property. The villa itself was superb. Very clean, well laid out and spacious so ideal for our family. The pool area was a good size and the outside patio with ceiling fan provided a comfortable area to eat dinner. The rooms were all a good size and the games room an added bonus. We have stayed at Southern Dunes a few times but this was a much nicer villa and a much better location being only 15 minutes away from Disney. Would recommend and book again for future trips
The house was great for a family of 10. Communication with the owner was easy and prompt responses were given. The 4 kids loved the pool. Turn on the bubbler for the hot tub to heat it up. The hot tub was great for after walking the parks all day. The house is slightly dated as far as decorating/furniture. The style of decorating/furniture wasn’t my taste so perhaps that is why I felt that way. With that said, that didn’t ruin our stay one bit. The main issue for me was the quality of mattresses and pillows. Even my 7 yo daughter commented on how squeaky and hard the beds were. We had 6 adults, of those adults only 2 were bothered by the beds so once again, that is personal preference. The game room was great for the days that we didn’t go to the Disney Parks. Being in a gated community gave you that extra sense of security, not that it was needed. All four Disney Parks were roughly 20 minutes from the house. Walmart is within 5 minutes. Definitely check out a Bahama Breeze for a meal. The service was great, food selection was huge/tasty.
We loved this house from the minute we walked in. The house is big and clean. It was very easy to communicate with the owner thru email. Would definetly stay at this home again.
Second time renters, love the pool area and convenience of shops and restaurants. Great games room in garage. Air-conditioning is "cool", much needed in the hot Florida weather. Would not hesitate to book again.
