Its only 2 minutes to get to the prestigious Reunion and Champions Gate world-renowned golf courses, restaurants, shops, supermarket, gas stations and takeaways. Less than a 5-minute drive away is a brand new Walmart!
Because this home is located so close to the I-4 many family activities, theme parks and shopping outlets are all very easy to get to.

This superb villa is professionally furnished to the highest standard. This pristine home is kep in perfect condition and consists of a large open plan living area professionally furnished to suit adults and children. With a large wall mounted flat screen cable tv and 2 sofas and 2 armchairs, a beautiful teak formal dining table, there is plenty of room for everyone. Air conditioning, ceiling fans and beautiful plantation blinds will keep everyone in a cool and comfortable environment.
Should you wish to eat in, there is a fully- fitted kitchen with all modern conveniences including a large fridge freezer with ice-maker, dishwasher, large oven and microwave. Next, to the kitchen, laundry facilities include a washing machine and large dryer.
With two bright Disney themed twin rooms, and two comfortable master bedrooms, 2 en-suites, flat screen TVs with cable, high-quality furnishings, a family bathroom and a downstairs toilet and wash hand basin, there is room for all the family or two families sharing. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, furnished with fabulous plantation blinds and plenty of cupboards and walk-in wardrobes. We also supply hair dryers in all bathrooms, spare linens and an abundance of towels, and for our younger guests a high chair and cot.
The large private pool with FREE pool heat, with its cushioned furnishing (no nasty sticky plastic seating here!!), make this sunny villa a great place to spend a memorable vacation. There is ample pool furniture with separate table and chairs under the cooling lanai with ceiling fan.
Taking care of your children we have installed a child safety screen and an alarm on the patio door leading to the pool area.
If still enough energy after a day in the parks have a game of Volleyball in the pool(net and ball provided!) and what is better on a warm Floridian evening then lighting up the pool and having a drink or two?
The games room has a full-size pool table, darts, foosball and a basketball game.
Sandy Ridge has a child play area and an outdoor gym.
