This detached,spacious villa is fully air conditioned throughout with formal lounge area and dining area when you enter the property.This is a perfect space to relax in.
The open plan kitchen with island has all appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob and fridge freezer. Full cookware, utensils and dishes are included. There is also a breakfast nook with table and chairs and 4 bar stools
The family room overlooking the pool deck with seating and flat screen TV with cable, XBOX One games console, telephone and superfast WIFI is the hub of the house.
The spacious Master bedroom with flat screen TV, dresser and vanity unit leads to an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and bath. A large walk-in closet off the master en-suite contains the digital safe. All linen and towels are supplied also a hairdryer.
There is a separate laundry room with full sized washer and dryer, iron, iron board and cleaning equipment.
The villa has two further double bedrooms with flat screen TV's, dressers and closets. There is one twin bedroom with flat screen TV and closet.
The large family bathroom has a bath tub and shower, WC, washbasin and hairdryer
The games room has a table tennis table and fan.
The private pool area with lanai is really lovely with views overlooking the lake. It is south west facing which means sun worshippers get the sun throughout the day. There are table, chairs and loungers to relax on. Pool heat can be arranged at an extra cost (see rates for details.) There is also a child safety fence for peace of mind.
