This spacious, single storey villa has 4 bedrooms, sleeping 8 guests in total. The master bedroom comprises of a king-size bed and a sliding door within the master bedroom leads directly to the pool area. The en-suite within the master bedroom features a large bath tub, walk-in shower, a twin vanity unit and separate WC.
The first of the twin bedrooms has an adjacent bathroom comprising of a large walk in shower, vanity unit and WC.
Whilst the second twin bedroom and further queen bedroom benefit from the Jack and Jill bathroom, which comprises a shower over the bath, vanity basin and WC.
The fully equipped kitchen includes electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and double sink with a waste disposal unit. A full range of crockery, cutlery and glasses are also provided.
An automatic washer and dryer are also available for use during your stay.
The large 30' x 15' west facing pool has an integral spa. It is in a beautiful setting, overlooking a conservation area. The extended pool deck is perfect for enjoying the Florida sun by day and the sunsets by evening. A covered lanai is perfect for shade when required. The pool deck also has a poolside shower and pool bathroom which comprises of a WC and basin. This is a great feature, especially for guests with children.
The home has free Hi-Speed WiFi, together with a TV package which includes premium channels, a selection of sports channels and HD. Free calls within the USA, Puerto Rico and Canada are also included.
The home has driveway parking for 2 cars.

We are pleased to present this beautiful, 4 bedroom, fully air conditioned villa in the Sanctuary at West Haven, a gated community just 20 minutes’ drive from Walt Disney World. The villa is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with open space behind the villa and a large, west facing pool deck. This executive, family villa is tastefully decorated throughout and maintained to a very high standard.
Features of this wonderful home include free high speed WiFi, a 50" HDTV with premium and sports channels, free calls within USA, Canada and Puerto Rico. Guests can hire a gas BBQ locally for a small fee, or use one of the two electric grills that are provided free of charge.
The Sanctuary at West Haven is a small, gated resort with just 133 homes onsite. Set in manicured gardens and situated next to a lovely conservation area, it offers peace and tranquillity after a day of sightseeing. It is also located close to the I-4 which has many restaurants, shopping outlets and bars for you to choose from.
